KITCHEN & DINING

Enjoy a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances, including a fridge/freezer, stove/oven, microwave, and dishwasher. You’ll also find a drip-style coffee maker with filters, toaster, blender, and hand mixer. The kitchen is stocked with basic cookware, dinnerware, utensils, salt & pepper, dishwasher detergent, paper towels, and garbage bags. The open layout connects seamlessly to the dining and living areas, making it ideal for group meals and gatherings.

Guests will have full access to the entire home, including all living spaces and amenities, as well as the community pool and recreational areas.

The pool area is located in the center of the complex and features a huge pool with a kids’ water dome, slide, two hot tubs, and a waterfall. The pools are heated year-round and are typically open daily from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM. You can access the pool area using the key fob (on the green lanyard). There is also a playground located just north of the pool, and pickleball courts near the complex entrance.

Please note that the locked closet is reserved for homeowner use only and is not accessible to guests. Thank you for respecting this space during your stay.

Nonna Ina Italian Restaurant (~5 min) - A beloved local gem with generous portions and a cozy, family-run feel. Great for date night or a relaxed dinner in.
Rusty Crab Daddy (~8 min) — Hugely popular Cajun seafood boil spot on Bluff St. Expect bold flavors and a fun atmosphere. Reservations recommended on weekends.
Noodles & Dumplings Co. (~5 min) - Handmade noodles and fresh-from-scratch dumplings. One of St. George`s most-loved newer spots. Closed Mon/Sun.
George`s Corner Restaurant (~12 min, Downtown) - Classic American gastropub with an old-St.-George vibe, great burgers, and a patio perfect for people-watching.

Groceries & Essentials

Lin`s Market (~8 min) - Full-service local grocery store with a deli, Starbucks, and DQ inside. Open until 11pm most nights.
Digby`s Market (~10 min) - A local favorite with a butcher, bakery, deli, and an amazing ice cream shop. Great for quick snack runs too.

Parks & Outdoors

Tonaquint Park & Nature Center (~5 min) - A gorgeous all-abilities park with a splash pad, duck pond, walking paths, and a train ride for the kids. One of the best parks in Washington County.
Pioneer Park / Dixie Rock (~12 min) - Iconic red sandstone boulders with panoramic views of the city, Zion, and Snow Canyon. Easy scramble, perfect at sunset.
Town Square Park (~12 min, Downtown) - Splash pad, carousel, sculptures, and a lively weekend farmers market. Great for a family afternoon out.

Day Trips

Zion National Park - ~45 min east. World-class hiking and canyon scenery. Go early to beat the crowds!
Snow Canyon State Park - ~20 min north. Red and white sandstone, lava fields, and easy trails. A hidden gem compared to Zion.

Parking: You have one assigned parking spot directly in front of the unit which easy to spot, easy to access. No hunting for a spot when you get back from a long hike!

By Car: A car is the easiest way to get around St. George. Most attractions, restaurants, and grocery stores are within 5–15 minutes. The unit is conveniently located off Dixie Drive, giving you quick access to both the south end of town and downtown.

Rideshare: Uber and Lyft both operate in St. George. Great for a night out when you don`t want to drive.

Biking: St. George has a growing network of bike paths and trails. The Green Valley area connects to several paved routes if you`d like to explore on two wheels.

To Zion National Park: Take I-15 North to UT-9 East w/c is about a 45-minute drive. The park operates a free shuttle system inside the canyon during peak season (spring–fall), so you can leave your car at the visitor center.

You may park in any general parking spots that are available. Trailers may be parked in the grated gravel lot below the pickleball courts.

- Keep pets off the furniture
- No food is allowed in the living room.
- No Smoking or Vaping inside the home. This includes all rooms and common areas.
- No Events or Parties: Large gatherings and events are not allowed. Unregistered guests or visitors are also not permitted—please contact us in advance if you need to make exceptions.
- Please do not move or rearrange furniture.
- Trash must be taken to the dumpsters. Garbage dumpsters are located throughout the complex, near units 11, 34, 35, and 40. Please bag and tie your garbage before throwing it into the dumpsters.
- Please do not flush feminine products, wet wipes, diapers, or anything other than toilet paper. The home is on a septic system and flushing these items will cause damage.
- Please place the pool pass/key on the kitchen counter. Missing pool passes will be charged to guest.
-A $500 refundable credit card hold or a $35 non‑refundable damage waiver is required before check‑in.
