Recently renovated, this 3BR/2.5BA beachfront home is located on the East End neighborhood of SGI and only 2 miles from the State Park entrance.

The Gulf front open living area boasts sparkling Gulf views from every window with large, sliding glass doors that open onto a covered beachfront deck.

The well-equipped kitchen has stainless steel appliances, granite countertops and food pantry. The breakfast bar seats up to 4 with a large dining table that accommodates the entire family. A convenient nearby half bath also holds our full-size washer and dryer.

The beautifully decorated living room offers comfortable seating and lounging with large, flat screen TV, boardgames and DVD library.

Just past the living room is a Gulf front King bedroom w/ deck access and a bunk bedroom with 4 single beds. Both bedrooms have a flat screen TV. The full bathroom with combination tub/shower separates these bedrooms.

Wake up to sparkling water views from the top floor King Master suite with private balcony overlooking white sand beaches and the Gulf of Mexico. This spacious suite offers a large walk-in closet w/ an additional Twin bed sleeping space and a private bathroom with large soaking tub, tiled shower stall and double sink w/ vanity.

Outdoor amenities include a fish cleaning sink, outdoor shower and foot wash station, covered parking, private beach boardwalk and charcoal park-style grill.

Beach access was perfect! We had the beach in front of the house all to ourselves. Beautiful sunrises and sunsets from the deck. House had everything we needed and was very clean. We enjoyed the island businesses, friendly people and good food. So peaceful and relaxing!! Highly recommend the house and would love to stay there again.

Very convenient to the beach. Beautiful views. Especially the sunrise. Recommend getting fresh fish from the markets in the area to cook! I struggle to cook on the park style grill so I would probably bring a small Weber grill next time. House was great, the upstairs suite is perfect for a family with small kids. Would book this house again for sure.

Everything described and more. You could not ask for a better location. Very clean. Very good communciation. Plenty of dishes, pans, etc. Good AC, wonderful breezes and one of the most relaxing places we have been.

A week in paradise

I've been coming to SGI since the 70's and renting houses on the island since the 90's, and this is the nicest house I've ever stayed in! Stunning million-dollar views, well appointed kitchen, comfy beds, fast wi-fi, effortless check in/out. I would give this place 10 stars if I could!

Peace

The home was amazing. The pictures are accurate and I could not believe how close we were to the beach. I found a deep calmness that usually does not happen. We could hear the ocean all day and night and walking the beach was so relaxing. We have been home 5 days and I am still carrying the calmness with me, even to work. This home and property was exactly what we were looking for. Absolutely beautiful. I also want to mention the property manager. Every question was answered quickly and politely.

Beautiful

Our experience at Sun Kissed was nothing less than marvelous. The song of the sea just outside the door lulled us to sleep every night. The property was clean, adequately stocked, the pictures DO NOT lie. Jamie was polite, friendly and professional. The location is excellent, close to the State Park and not far from the center of St George. The view from the expanse of windows was sand, sky and sea. Dark enough at night to see a great spray of stars. It is our hope to return again and again.

T'giving on St. George Island

Great location directly on the beach. Nicely maintained and well appointed with everything necessary for a comfortable visit. Extremely fast wifi and great TV streaming services. Has 2.5 baths and enough beds to sleep a family - 2 kings, 4 bunk beds plus 1 twin off the upstairs master bedroom. Has a walkway off the deck for easy access to the beach. Very quiet location. Close to Port St. Joe, Mexico Beach and only 13 miles from Apalachicola.

Perfect

This was our first time staying on Saint George Island. It’s a narrow barrier island with the Gulf of Mexico on one side and Apalachicola Bay on the other. The beaches are easily walkable and are not crowded and are great for shell collecting. Part of the reason for this was we stayed during off season, but there are mostly houses on this island and not the large condo buildings we normally see. These are million dollar+ homes. Each one is unique in shape, size and color. Our house (Sun-Kissed) was simply amazing. It is modern, tastefully decorated and had everything we needed for our 9 day stay. The view of the Gulf is spectacular. There is a huge porch facing the Gulf that has plenty of seating. On the second level there is balcony that we sat out on every night. It is great for stargazing and watching the sunrise and sunset. We cook 90% of our meals and the kitchen had ample kitchenware. The beds and furniture were very comfortable. One thing you should be aware of is that just about all the houses on the Island are elevated on stilts for protection against hurricane storm surge. Because of that there are a lot of stairs leading up to the main level and leading up to the second level bedroom. There are also stairs leading to the boardwalk to the beach. It was a little challenging climbing these steps especially with groceries and very slippery when wet. Our favorite part of this house was the private boardwalk to the beach. Once you step off the stairs it’s a short walk to the water. As I said the beach was not crowded. Often times it was only us. The only negative was that the beaches. are pet friendly, and even though there is a leash law most of the dog owners let their dogs roam free. It was not uncommon to be approached by a dog on our walks. For groceries we used the Piggly Wiggly Express in town. It looks like a small convenience store from the outside but honestly it had everything we needed so we didn’t have to leave the island. It has a nice produce and meat department. Forgotten Shores gives you a $250 beach gear credit as part of the booking. We used that for bicycles and helmets.

Sun Kissed: Highly Recommended!

We stayed at Sun Kissed for 8 days and had a fabulous experience. The property was in a great location, well-maintained, and had a very well-equipped kitchen. The house was right on the beach which made it so convenient. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this property.
