5 Palms Bright and Breezy

5 Palms, a bright and breeze-filled East Gulf Beaches home with its own private pool. You'll make great vacation memories at this fantastic spot, which sits just a block off the beach. Thanks to the location, there are fantastic views from inside, as well as from its large furnished decks. Multiple TVs/DVDs/VCR and stereo. A king master suite with jetted tub and sleeper sofa are located on the top level. On the first level are both king and queen suites plus a bedroom with two twins and an attached bath. 5 Palms sleeps 10 guests comfortably in fun, nautical-themed décor. The granite kitchen has everything your group needs to make meals when you're not sampling the island's restaurants, while the elevator will help with bringing in the groceries and all of your luggage. A large new pergola with a thatched roof is adjacent to the private pool, and features Bluetooth speakers for outdoor entertainment. Or enjoy some quiet relaxation on the screened porch. For guest's convenience, a port-a-crib is provided for the little ones. Elevator available for guest use. Bed Sizes: 2 Kings, 1 Queen, 2 Twins and a Queen sleeper sofa. Spring Break

The location and access to the beach was exceptional. Property size for 10 people was perfect. Bring some extra blankets! The only disappointment is the old and unusable grill. Otherwise perfect vacation and great communication by the property management.

Facility was a little dated. Elevator was vital to checking luggage to 3rd floor. Site was in poor condition. Pool area yard not usable. Beer can(s) in bushes on arrival. Back yard not usable. BBQ grill(s) not usable.

Family Fun

My family of 8 humans and two dogs had a fabulous Spring Break at 5 Palms! The house was comfortable and convenient for us. The elevator was a huge advantage for my husband and I since there are many stairs. It was cool, but we enjoyed the beach even more because of this. Melissa was wonderful to work with and promptly solved our one problem. She was very pleasant and professional. We hope to return to this house and SGI again.

Definitely needs a few updates but otherwise it was fantastic. By the second day doing the stairs were killer but it was great for everyone to have their own bed and bath. Would definitely rent again.

My 2023 vacation

Grass needed cutting, elevator was faulty. ( one of the reason I choose this was because my wife had knee surgery 3 months prior ) steps were very difficult for her. Man came and worked on but still not satisfactory.The place is beginning to needs some work. Overall liked and would comeback. Elevator is a problem!

First Stay on SGI did not disappoint!

Our annual family vacation consists of me, my husband, his mother, our son, his wife, and two children, and our daughter, and her two children. 5 Palms was just as described in the listing, if not better. Ample space for a big family. Lovely decks with tables, chairs & rocking chairs. Plenty of room for parking and is located at the perfect spot on the island - close to everything. We rented a golf cart, kids rented bikes, and they said it was the best holiday yet. The house was clean and well cared for, and our property manager, Melissa was very responsive and helpful on the two items that we needed assistance on. I highly recommend 5 Palms Bright and Breezy, and any property that Melissa manages! Thank you for a wonderful week on St George Island!
