Welcome to Bay Breeze, an exquisite bayfront retreat tucked within the intimate, gated community of Kinja Bay on the East End. This luxurious home combines waterfront elegance with modern comforts, inviting you to relax and recharge in style. With recent renovations throughout, including an expanded kitchen and cozy breakfast nook, every detail has been thoughtfully designed to elevate your stay.

Perched along a serene stretch of bay, Bay Breeze offers stunning water views from nearly every corner of the house. Upstairs, the open concept kitchen and family room are a showstopper, with sweeping vistas of the Bay right from your seat. The lower level guest rooms also enjoy their own Bay views, while a short walk up to the widow's walk delivers panoramic scenes of both the Bay and Gulf, creating a front row seat to nature's daily show.

The gourmet kitchen, recently upgraded with stainless appliances and expansive granite counters, is a chef's dream. The center island hosts a range and oven, complete with a microwave, beverage center and counter seating, making it an inviting space to gather. And there's no need to pack bottled water- the whole house filtration system with reverse osmosis ensures the freshest drinking water, including a hot and cold water tap right at the sink.

Bay Breeze features wrap-around porches on each floor, furnished for relaxation and designed to maximize the Bay and Gulf views. Head down to the bayfront beach, gazebo and dock, just steps from the lower porch and make the most of the private white sandy shore. For adventure seekers, it's the ideal spot to launch your kayak, paddleboard, or small boat, all right outside your door.

Inside, you'll find a spacious living area with 2 full sofas, a media center and a dining room perfect for sharing meals. The master suite upstairs includes an expansive bathroom with a walk-in shower, while the lower floor boasts a large guest suite, 2 additional guest rooms and a laundry room for convenience.

Thoughtful amenities extend throughout this home, from the enclosed outdoor shower and charcoal grill to the spacious under-house parking area. An elevator is also available for easy access between floors and the pet friendly policy ensures even your 4 legged family members can join the fun.

This house was perfect for our family. We have three grown children. The kitchen was perfect for cooking big meals for the whole family. It had everything we needed. Fabulous furnishings and comfy beds. We will stay here again if we are lucky enough to have the time all together again!
