Sandy Dreaming is situated in the "Dunes of St. George" subdivision on St. George Island, Florida. This enclave community offers residents picturesque Gulf views and a tranquil coastal environment. St. George Island is renowned for its pristine beaches, clear waters, and laid-back atmosphere. The island features a mix of vacation rentals and private residences, with local amenities including restaurants, shops, and recreational activities. The surrounding area is characterized by its natural beauty, with opportunities for fishing, boating, and wildlife observation.

- The pool can be heated in the cooler months for $50/day. Please let us know after booking if you would like to pay for the pool to be heated during your stay.

- Please note we only provide a starter pack of supplies (TP, paper towels, dish pod, laundry pod) despite your length of stay. You are responsible for anything beyond that.

- You must be 25 years or older to rent this property. There are no exceptions.

- You will receive your door code via digital welcome guide approximately 3 days prior to check-in.

- This home is NOT pet friendly.
- AGE RESTRICTIONS: The registering guest must be at least 25 years of age and will be held responsible for all parties and/or guests of this reservation. The individual making this reservation must be 25 years old, must be present at check in, and must remain for the entire length of the reservation. Thank you for understanding!

- There is to be no smoking inside and/or outside of this home. If we find evidence of smoking, you will be charged $500.
