Nuovo al mercato VRBO. Condominio a due piani fronte spiaggia carino e accogliente. Questo condominio è l'ideale per le famiglie. Viene fornito con l'uso gratuito di 2 kayak (una persona e due persone) e 3 biciclette per godere di tutte le attività all'aperto St. George ha da offrire. Contattaci per accordi. Situato nel mezzo dell'isola, a pochi passi da negozi e ristoranti. Il ristorante Blue Parrot o il Weber's Little Donut Shop sono raggiungibili a piedi. Il primo livello di questo accogliente condominio dispone di una spaziosa cucina, sala da pranzo e soggiorno con splendida vista sul Golfo dal proprio mazzo privato. Un ottimo modo per rilassarsi e guardare i delfini! Il secondo livello dispone di 2 camere da letto e 2 bagni. La camera da letto principale ha una terrazza privata per ammirare le splendide albe e tramonti. Community Pool e la passerella sono a pochi passi dalla bellissima spiaggia di sabbia bianca di St George Island.

The condo was great and spacious. Loved the 2 balconies facing the ocean. The kids loved using the bikes and kayaks that were provided. The pool was nice to use after a long day on the beach. The whole property was nice and the groundscwere clean. I would definitely recommend staying in the Villas.

Great Stay

This property is a great beach stay. It's right on the Gulf so you can see and hear the waves, see the birds work and see really wonderful sun rises. The property is centrally located and most everything you might need or want is in walking distance. The newly upgraded balconies have perfect views to the water, are great for sitting and reading or sharing a glass or two of wine. Highly recommend this property.

Perfect Location & Beautiful Views

We loved our stay in this townhome on SGI! Exactly as described - clean, well stocked, beautiful views, easy access to beach and pool, comfortable beds, centrally located and great perk with bikes included. Communication with owner was quick and friendly. We would definitely book again!

Amazing views

This was our first time to Saint George Island and we were there to attend a wedding so we made it a week! We found this condo and it was the perfect size location and price. It exceeded our expectations. John was quick to respond whenever we had a question and the place was beautiful. It was exactly as described and pictured. The views from the balconies were spectacular and we spent every evening eating dinner while listening to the waves out on them. This was so relaxing after a long hot day on the beach acting like kids playing in the waves! We will definitely visit again and I would recommend this place to anyone!

Beautiful beach view

We absolutely loved this place! Loved everything about our first trip to SGI. The closeness to the beach and pool is incredible. We also loved how there wasn’t a crowd on the beach in front of the complex. Only two things I would mention and both could be an oversight on my part. First is that I did not realize from the pics online that there would be an initial set of stairs right inside the door to climb in order to get in the unit. Made unloading our car a long process. Also, any beach trip is not complete without lots of sand cleanup. I was not able to find a broom anywhere is the unit. Only a vacuum cleaner which I used, but wasn’t the most optimal for cleaning up sand. Neither of these are deal breakers by FaR!!!! We will be back.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful beach property Two levels with gorgeous views. We rode the bikes that were included and explored the island. I would recommend this property for your St. George Island vacation. The host was responsive to all our needs.

Amazing view of the gulf.

Very nice place for a family to stay. Beautiful view off the balconies. Lovely listening to the waves crash on shore during the night. It was cool during our stay so did not need to use the air conditioner and had the patio doors open allowing fresh ocean air to circulate throughout. Be sure to bring kitchen supplies like dish washer detergent , garbage bags, Clorox wipes & what not. Plenty of dishes, pots/pans & utensils as well as other small appliances to use. Also if you plan on doing laundry during your stay, laundry pods are not allowed so will need liquid detergent. Property manager very prompt responding to questions. Very nice pool however not heated so something to be mindful of during the cooler months. Definitely would stay here again.

Great Getaway

We really enjoyed our stay. Only two complaints, we couldn’t get the cable to work on the downstairs tv and the ice trays need to be replaced. Very minor, overall a great place to stay right on the beach!
