The Space:
Canary on the Bay offers over 3,400 square feet of island luxury across three levels, accessible by a private elevator for your convenience. With five spacious bedrooms, each featuring a king-size bed, this home comfortably accommodates up to 14 guests. Four of the bedrooms offer private porches facing the bay, providing stunning waterfront views. The gourmet kitchen is equipped with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances, ideal for preparing delicious meals for family and friends.

The main living area on the top floor is perfect for entertaining, with ample seating, a large flat-screen Smart TV, and panoramic views of the island sunsets. Outdoor living is just as impressive with a private screened pool, outdoor seating, and an outdoor shower. The shared dock offers easy access to water activities like kayaking and paddle boarding, while the large swim mat is perfect for lounging in the sun.

Bliss on the Bay

This property is better than depicted in the description. It’s very roomy with lots of beautiful views of the bay. Plenty of room for 11 of us to gather and watch tv on the huge big screen and to enjoy meals around the dining table. Lots of extra beds but note that the bonus room bunk room is tiny. Really suited for small children. The fire place is for looks only. Kitchen is well equipped and lots of counter space. A short walk to the beach - maybe five minutes but they have a great wagon to use for gear. We had a wonderful stay and the owners were super responsive!

The house was clean on the inside and accommodating for our family vacation. They are however need upkeep along with balcony. The 2nd floor balcony had several weak spots and needed replacing. The issues we reported to property manager were dealt with in a timely manner and property manager was quick to respond to messages. We enjoyed our stay here it was quiet and relaxing.

Perfect Location

The home was located perfectly for the needs of our family. We were within walking distance of the beach side of the island while be on the water on the bay side. This worked well for our family that loves to bring our boat down as well as spend time at the beach. The pier was ideal to keep our boat by the home and the kids loved the option to hop in the pool as well. The home was perfect for our large family and helped everyone spread out and be comfortable. There were a few hiccups with communication through the VRBO app but that was resolved before the trip. Overall the home was well suited for our families needs and we will stay again.

It was such a relaxing stay!! We all immediately fell in love with this property! Such a quiet and tranquil location with everything we could want in a rental! We hope to rent here again!! 💖
