Guests can enjoy the stunning ocean views and easy beach access, creating an ideal setting for a memorable beach vacation.

    1st Level:
    - Gourmet kitchen with a high-end 48” gas range and grilling capabilities.
    - Spacious living area with a large sectional, swivel chairs, and a 65” smart TV.
    - King bedroom with an ensuite bath; a bonus room that can serve as a second TV room or fourth bedroom.
    - Expansive oceanfront deck with Adirondack chairs and outdoor dining space.

    2nd Level:
    - Master king bedroom with a private oceanfront balcony.
    - Queen bedroom with a cozy window seat that can function as an extra bed.
    - Laundry closet and hall bathroom.

    The home underwent significant upgrades in 2019, including new kitchen and bath fixtures, Carrara marble showers, and a whole-house water filtration system. All bedrooms feature luxurious mattresses and linens, ensuring a comfortable stay.

    The property boasts an enclosed outdoor shower, fish cleaning station, and charcoal grill. Guests can relax in the outdoor sitting area or enjoy various beach activities, including paddleboarding and boogie boarding.
