Grazioso e conveniente appartamento in condominio per le vacanze al secondo piano con veranda avvolgente sulla West Gulf Beach Drive nel "Town Centre" di St. George Island, a pochi passi da quasi tutti i posti dove vorrai andare.

* ACCESSO ALLA SPIAGGIA: facile passeggiata di 3 minuti fino alla spiaggia. Prendi la scorciatoia accanto al ristorante Blue Parrot, oppure puoi passeggiare per un altro isolato lungo la pista ciclabile / pedonale fino a St. Parco / museo del faro di George. Questo parco pubblico offre tutti i servizi gratuiti di cui hai bisogno per trascorrere una fantastica giornata in spiaggia, tra cui una passerella sulla sabbia, un padiglione con tavoli da picnic, bagni pubblici, docce all'aperto, un parco giochi e persino un campo da basket.
* DORMIRE: 2 camere da letto, ognuna con un letto king-size, cassettiera, TV HD e ampio spazio armadio.
* BAGNI: 1 bagno completo Jack-n-Jill collegato ad entrambe le camere da letto, oltre a un bagno di servizio / polvere in fondo al corridoio.
* CUCINA: cucina ben attrezzata con forno, microonde, lavastoviglie, caffettiere (tazza K Keurig più flebo standard), stoviglie, pentole e padelle, ecc.

* RISTORANTI E VITA NOTTURNA: a pochi passi da molti dei ristoranti e bar più famosi dell'isola, tra cui BJ's Pizza della porta accanto (panini, insalate, pizza, gelati e birra), Doc Myers 'Island Pub e Sports Bar (luogo all'aperto con musica dal vivo e serate di gioco, proprio dietro l'angolo), Blue Parrot (famoso locale di pesce quasi di fronte a noi sulla spiaggia con bar all'aperto), il Beach Pit (anche dietro l'isolato - assicurati di controllarli per colazione ) e Harry A's (l'ennesimo bel posto che ha spesso musica dal vivo - adoriamo il loro brunch domenicale)
* NOLEGGIO ATTREZZATURE: noleggia qualsiasi cosa ti serva per divertirti direttamente dall'altra parte della strada dal negozio Jolly Rogers Beach. Biciclette, kayak, golf cart, paddle board, sdraio, teli mare, canne da pesca, moto d'acqua e molto altro!
* NEGOZI ISOLA: generi alimentari, gelati, shopping, charter nautico, informazioni per i visitatori, una pedicure ... tutto ciò di cui hai bisogno sull'isola, tutto è a pochi passi da questa base di vacanza perfettamente situata.

Perfect little 2/1.5 right in the heart of St George Island. We were able to walk anywhere we went. Easy access to the beach, restaurants, grocery store, shops, and lighthouse museum. Condo was as described and was very well stocked with all the kitchen utensils and small appliances. Plenty of bath towels, plus beach towels. Paper products and soap etc also supplied. Stayed with my mom and teenage daughter and it was perfect.

The door with the code worked off and on, with a broken hinge at the bottom. Had to leave a door unlocked coming and going. Greasy dishes and pots we had to clean. Water pressuregoinggoing.

Facility & location very good - the night before check in I needed to confirm our 4 digit entry code so called the help number listed…could only leave a message… shared what I needed, noting to please call or text me at my phone number and left a message for the person to call or text me. I never heard back from them by the time I needed the code to actually check in the next day. It was only then that I found an email that had been sent to me with the code but NO actual call or text message was sent which is what I asked for…

The location of this property is perfect. The property however is extremely tired. Not only does it need a thorough cleaning, top to bottom but there were many maintenance items that were neglected and ignored. Missing tiles in the bathroom, fan vents in dire need of cleaning door jams in need of replacement, dirty furniture, kitchen tools ie spots and pans that were way past their use. This property desires better as do the people who rent it.

The place was as advertised. It was clean and convenient to the beach and all the other venues on the island. The internet was out the entire week which really put a damper on my ability to work and stream TV. The owner was responsive on the issue but unfortunately, the internet was never restored. He supplied a backup wifi connection, but the bandwidth was poor. We ended up using our hotspot when we needed it.

The property was centrally located and relatively near the beach. First impression was the key pad not opening and we had to call the property owner (didn't answer) and then VRBO which took about 1/2 hour on hold and speaking to the rep. Owner finally called and said we were operating the door wrong, though we believe the lock was stuck and not cycling open (even though it was making noise). Finally it opened after about 20 tries and worked most of the time the rest of the stay. Property appeared clean (though socks got dirty easily on the tile). Many of the amenities (dishwashing soap, shampoo, hand soap, etc.) were put away, so we didn't know if we were allowed to use them. We ran out of paper towels the first day (had not been replenished). One bed was very firm and the other was way too soft. The sheets and towels were soft, though. Our main concern and observation was lack of regular and routine maintenance, including the tub (backed up badly to 8 inches when you took a shower), numerous cracks in walls and tile, unlevel refrigerator door (that flew open all the way when you opened it), dirty tile floor, dirty dishes in the dishwasher, cracks in ALL of the window seals, stained and very old bedroom carpet, rusted window coverings, etc.. One of the bedrooms has a door to the porch and its VERY noisy when the neighbor guests sat on the porch and talked at all hours of the morning and night. I would absolutely NOT recommend or stay at this property again.
