  • Benvenuto in Island Sand Dollar!

    Un'accogliente cottage sulla spiaggia a un livello 3BR / 2BA che può ospitare fino a 9 ospiti, Island Sand Dollar è aggiornato e offre una vista "sulla spiaggia" al prezzo di "Across the Street"!

    Oltre alle migliori viste sul Golfo, il soggiorno offre un posto letto aggiuntivo con un divano letto queen size e una grande TV a schermo piatto e un lettore DVD. Appena oltre il soggiorno è una cucina ben attrezzata con elettrodomestici in acciaio inossidabile e ripiani in granito, e lavanderia con lavatrice / asciugatrice full size.

    La camera da letto principale lato ovest ha un comodo letto king-size con grande TV a schermo piatto, vista sul golfo e una porta scorrevole che si apre sulla terrazza sulla spiaggia. Questa camera ha anche un bagno privato con doccia piastrellata.

    Sul lato opposto della casa ci sono altre due camere da letto e un bagno completo con vasca / doccia combinata. La camera da letto a castello ha un letto a castello twin-over-full e la camera da letto della regina ha una TV, vista sul golfo e una porta scorrevole che si apre sulla terrazza. La terrazza sulla spiaggia è un luogo ideale per ammirare la vista del Golfo durante il giorno e per contare le stelle infinite di notte.

    Dopo una giornata in spiaggia, risciacquare nella doccia esterna chiusa calda / fredda e sistemarsi nella zona salotto ombreggiata sotto la casa con amaca pigra e posti a sedere supplementari, un luogo ideale per uscire dal sole, ma ancora godere della brezza del Golfo.

    L'accesso alla spiaggia è direttamente dall'altra parte della strada tramite un sentiero sabbioso sulla spiaggia. Una camminata di meno di 20 secondi trova le dita dei piedi nella sabbia! Se pratichi la pesca da surf, assicurati di riportare la cattura per grigliare. Abbiamo un lavandino per la pulizia del pesce con tubo e griglia a carbone in stile parco per la vostra comodità.

    E, non dimenticare la tua famiglia a quattro zampe: Permettiamo fino a 2 cani di taglia media con approvazione anticipata per una tassa di $ 75 + tassa per cane.

The Island Sand Dollar was perfect for our stay in February. The proximity to the beach is only a few steps across the street. We did contact management one time and they quickly & efficiently supplied what we were missing.

Comfort in Paradise!

This beach house is really bright, welcoming, and relaxing. The location is perfect, and the beach at Saint George Island is beautiful! We would love to come back sometime and would highly recommend this place.

Great Beach Cottage

We very much enjoyed our stay at The Island Sand Dollar. It was very comfortable and well-appointed for our party of 4. The location is fantastic, just a quick walk to the beach. Communication was also very good. We look forward to another visit. Thank you for sharing this cute cottage.

Amazing location steps to the beach

The location of this property was just amazing! Steps from the beach and ocean views when you wake up! The property was clean and was well stocked for a VRBO. I would stay here again and I would also recommend to others. There are steps, so if you're not able to use steps this could be a difficult property.

The living room area was very spacious, the kitchen was well stocked with all the cooking utensils one would need, and the beach decor and furnishings had all the beach feels that we were hoping for. The home is located just across the street from the beach via a sandy path that felt like our own the entire stay. The outside seating on the deck and under the house made perfect little spots to unwind and relax after a long day at the beach. We would definitely stay at the Island Sand Dollar again.

We immediately noticed upon arrival how clean the home was—much cleaner than most we’ve rented. The decor is lovely, and the home was configured nicely four our family of four. We loved sitting on the newly re-decked porch to watch the sun set and the convenient beach access trail just across the street from the driveway. The kitchen is so well stocked, we were surprised. Overall, we loved this home and will likely rent it again.

Lindsey was particularly kind, courteous and friendly! Despite the weather, I thoroughly enjoyed my birthday stay on the island--my favorite place to be! (And this house is next door to the one I regularly rented and leased from a friend for many years. I love the location. The shower head in the master bathroom was wonderful and therapeutic to my back and neck. I loved the decor and openness of the living area. A couple suggestions: Since the view is restricted by houses and vegetation, pruning the tops of the shrub next to the palm (beautifully kept) would help. The heat seems to blow almost constantly even tho it's set on auto and it feels colder than the temp as if a fan is blowing on you.

The property was perfect for my husband and I and 1 another couple. This was the 2nd time that we have stayed at the Island Sand Dollar and was just as impressive as it was 4 years ago. The kitchen was supplied with everything that we needed to cook dinner with. The house was perfect and spotless and we will be staying again. Thank you for listing it and allowing us to stay there. BTW I replaced the batteries in the bedroom & my husband repaired the handle on the toilet. TY again!

When we walked in it smelled that sausage had just been cooked the refrigerator and freezer had a extremely strong smell of fish and we couldn’t use the ice because it smelled of fish after emptying it for days. There was trash behind the couch water bottles and a spit bottle in the room with the bunk beds on the floor next to the lamp, small bugs and ants in the kitchen a hair clip still clipped in the master shower to the curtain and a bag of dirty towels under the steps. I don’t know if the guest before us checked out late and put the cleaners in a rush. So we cleaned (not behind the couch)and put more baking soda in the freezer and we had a great time and stay. Thank you for your offering to do a vanilla wipe on the fridge I probably should have taken you up on it but didn’t want to be a bother. It’s a great home and location that we enjoyed very much! Thank you ❤️
