Located just a short walk from the beach, this pet-friendly home (2 dogs max with pet fee) features a private pool, smart TVs in every room, and high-speed Wi-Fi—perfect for streaming, remote work, or online learning.
Inside, the open-concept living area flows seamlessly into a fully equipped chef’s kitchen and bright dining space. The master suite features a plush king bed and private ensuite, while both guest bedrooms offer queen beds, providing restful comfort for families, couples, or small groups.
Step outside to your covered deck overlooking the pool, unwind with a cold drink, or fire up the grill after a day of beachcombing, boating, or fishing.
With local restaurants, island boutiques, and the St. George Lighthouse all nearby, Above the Tide puts you right in the heart of the Forgotten Coast’s most beautiful destination.

The Space:
This St. George Island beach house offers 3 cozy bedrooms and 2 full baths, perfect for families or small groups. Inside, enjoy a fully stocked kitchen, open living space, and smart TVs. Step outside to a private fenced backyard with a swimming pool, covered dining area, lounge seating, and grill. All linens, towels, and a starter supply of essentials are included. You'll receive a private key code for easy self-check-in.

Guest Access:
Guests enjoy full access to the entire home, private pool, backyard, and driveway parking. Walk to the beach in just minutes!

The Neighborhood:
Located in a quiet neighborhood on St. George Island, this home is just blocks from public beach access, the lighthouse, kayak rentals, island boutiques, and fresh seafood restaurants. Perfect for a peaceful retreat near everything SGI has to offer.

Getting Around:
This island is best explored by bike, golf cart, or car. The beach, shops, and restaurants are all within a short walk or ride from the home.

It’s a stunning home in a great location! My favorite brand for kitchen appliances is Bosch and they have them there. The kitchen is well-equipped with pans, pots, plates, and silverware. The home is spacious and offered everything we needed. Enjoy parking space for cars and golf cart. Be aware when they say check-in is at 4:00pm, they mean 4:00pm. We arrived a few minutes before 4 and the code didn’t work. I called them and found out that the code was set for 4:00pm and not 3:50pm.

Perfect Getaway!

Above the Tide was the perfect setting for a relaxing, rejuvenating getaway! The home feels brand new—beautifully maintained, thoughtfully designed, and tucked into natural landscaping that offers a wonderful sense of privacy. The online photos truly don’t do it justice!We were pleasantly surprised by the many thoughtful touches, including starter toiletries, essential household items, a fully stocked kitchen with quality cookware and serving dishes, and even a credit toward beach gear rentals. The screened-in porch with its expansive sliding doors quickly became our favorite spot for morning coffee, quiet reading, and catching up with friends on the phone.The private pool was a standout feature—spacious, sparkling clean, and surrounded by plenty of comfortable seating and sunbathing areas. The outdoor shower was a convenient bonus after beach time.Check-in was seamless, and the owner was incredibly responsive and helpful when we had a quick question during our stay.We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would absolutely recommend Above the Tide to anyone looking for a peaceful and well-appointed coastal escape!
