This 4BR/3.5BA dog-friendly home sleeps up to 12 total guests and is a great location for multiple families. You'll find the best Gulf views on the top floor of the main living area and Gulf side covered and furnished deck! The recently remodeled kitchen boasts brand-new stainless-steel appliances, plenty of counter space and room for multiple chefs. The dining table seats up to 8 with additional seating for 4 at the breakfast bar and an outdoor dining option on the covered deck. Up to 2 dogs allowed, 50lbs or less with advance approval for a $150 + tax pet fee.

The living room is comfortably furnished and thoughtfully decorated with a large, Smart TV and DVD player and a convenient nearby half bath. Also found on the top floor is a large, King Master bedroom with private bathroom with shower, garden tub and double vanity. You can enjoy the Gulf view from the expansive windows in this bedroom or step onto the covered deck for even more panoramic water views.

The 1st floor offers 3 bedrooms/2 bathrooms as well as a recreational sitting room with TV and DVD player, which is a great activity and lounge space for younger family members. The first and largest of the 3 bedrooms has 2 Double beds, Smart TV, private bathroom with shower and access to the covered and furnished deck overlooking the swimming pool. Across the hall is the Queen bedroom with Smart TV and deck access, a hall bathroom with tub/shower combination and the Bunk bedroom with 2 Bunk beds (4 Twins). A convenient elevator travels from the ground floor to the top floor.

Outdoor amenities include a private swimming pool - heat available for a fee, fish cleaning station and hot/cold enclosed outdoor shower. Under-house parking and covered entry is available in the carport which also offers a great space to relax in the shade or to have the little ones play. A basketball hoop in the back yard makes for a quick game of H-O-R-S-E while you wait for burgers and steaks to cook on the nearby park-style charcoal grill.

Centrally located between the Gulf & the Bay, beach access is a quick 3-minute walk from the property and public access to the Apalachicola Bay is only a 5-minute stroll or a quick drive and is a great spot for kayak launching!

Besides being a laid-back beach destination, SGI is an incredibly bike friendly location! Directly across the street from the property is the 6-mile long bike path that will lead you back to the center of the Island where shops and restaurants are located or to the St. George Island State Park on the far East End of the Island. Use your complimentary beach gear credit toward bicycle rentals and explore the island on a pedal!
