Ocean Mile Gulf Front Community w/ Pool 3br 3ba near State Park quiet East End

  • Ocean Mile E6 is located on the East End of Saint George Island. This unit has three bedrooms, a bunk room and three full bathrooms. The first level consists of the living room, kitchen, and dining area. A bedroom with two twin beds and a neighboring bathroom are also on the first floor. The second floor has a queen bedroom with a neighboring bathroom, a master bedroom with a neighboring bathroom, and a washer and dryer. The bunk room is located beside the master. Ocean Mile E6 has under house parking available for two vehicles. Extra parking is located along East Gulf Beach Drive.

    Enjoy views of gulf and pool from one of two decks. A short walk on the board walk leads you straight to the beach and pool.

    1 King, 1 Queen, 2 twins, and a twin bunk bed
    3 full baths

    Contact for monthly rates January and February.
    ** A $200 cleaning fee will apply (host fees)
    ** No smoking or vaping allowed inside and/or outside our home. Charges will occur if evidence is found.
    **Please purchase your own travel insurance. Due to the location and nature of this beautiful barrier island, in the event of inclement weather or a mandatory evacuation, I cannot offer refunds for your stay.

Our stay was very nice, this unit overlooks the pool, has nice spacious rooms and 2 balconies on the pool side. There is also a deck underneath, with table and chairs which is nice, because some units do not have that. We will definitely be back again.

Host Ashley was excellent in communicating everything we needed to know start to finish. The Condo was clean and beautiful with plenty of room with easy pool and beach access. It was sunny every day with no rain all week so it was an absolutely successful vacation on beautiful St George Island. We shall return!

We've been coming to SGI for several years and this was our first time in the Ocean Mile community. The home was perfect - it had everything we needed. It was clean and comfortable. It had a perfect view of one of the pools and the beach was steps away down the new boardwalk. The pool and beach were quiet. We loved the space under the townhouse as well which was perfect to keep all our beach and pool stuff and our bikes. Host was very responsive and easy to reach. Highly recommend and would absolutely return.

Ashley, the host, was communicative and immediately responsive. The house is in a beautiful location with pool and ocean views. It’s well-appointed, with a well-stocked kitchen, baby gates, a crib, beach toys, and umbrellas.

Place was well stocked. Furnishings were comfortable. Owner was very responsive to any questions we had. Nice location near the beach and pool. We have stayed at 300 Ocean Mile for many years. We just had the unfortunate experience that our stay overlapped with boardwalk and pool construction that the owner and VRBO had no control over.. Hopefully that will be over soon. We'll be back.

Very nice place, updated everything. Anything you might need is there in a drawer or closet. Extension cord? Little fan? Beach chairs? It’s all there. All switches are labeled which is also a nice touch. Host was very communicative. 5/5

Great long weekend at E6! Ashley was a very kind host. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed. The master bed was softer than I’m accustomed to, but surprisingly very comfortable — we rested so well!I also have to mention the incredible water pressure in the shower! The living room furniture was very clean and in great condition. While we were there, the boardwalk around the property was replaced, which was a great improvement and complimented the property nicely.One thing to note: the bunk room outside of the master is probably best suited for children.Overall, we had a very pleasant stay.

me and my husband and our 2 sons and their families stayed in this condo. it was so nice and plenty of room. well equipped with everything in kitchen.so clean and easy to get to. and ashley was so nice and helpful every time i sent her a message. will definitely stay here again.

Perfect Location

Awesome location. Really great beach access, not busy, beautiful scenery with lots of dolphins. Beds comfortable and nice layout of bedrooms and bathrooms. Only complaints were the main floor balcony door was very hard to open/close and stove top tilted slightly forward.

Unit was clean, A/C worked great and kept us cool. There were multiple beach chairs, floats, and a wagon available to use which was a nice surprise. Loved the bottom deck area and outdoor shower/hose for coming in from the beach which was a short walk. Super convenient to the State Park.

Great place to stay!

The condominium was exactly as pictured, very clean, and well stocked. The pool is steps away from the back door. The beach is only a short walk. The complex is very friendly and quiet at night. I would definitely stay here again!
