Benvenuti a "Bay to Beach" a St George Island FL! Con passerelle verso la spiaggia e la baia, la nostra casa ha tutto il necessario per un rifugio ideale per una vacanza privata dal resto del mondo .. Divertiti a sederti sul nostro ponte a guardare i favolosi tramonti sulle splendide acque della Baia di Apalachicola o fai una breve passeggiata di circa 10 minuti e 150 metri lungo il lungomare fino alle splendide spiagge incontaminate di St. George Island. La nostra casa dispone di una propria piscina chiusa per lo schermo (non riscaldata) stazione di pulizia del pesce e grill a gas. Situato all'interno della bellissima gated community Plantation, "Bay to Beach" offre la massima privacy che ti aspetteresti!

Questa bella casa su misura di 3900 piedi quadrati, dispone di 5 camere da letto e 4. 5 bagni. La nostra occupazione massima per gli ospiti è di 10, NESSUNA ECCEZIONE. La zona giorno principale, situata al terzo piano, comprende un ampio piano aperto che comprende sala da pranzo, cucina, camino a gas e due zone soggiorno separate con smart TV a schermo piatto e mezzo bagno. La grande cucina ben attrezzata con ripiani in granito e la grande isola ha tutto il necessario per preparare i propri pasti. Il terzo piano comprende anche una master suite privata con letto king size e bagno privato. Il nuovo grande ponte Trex e il portico schermato sono arredati con sedie a sdraio e sala da pranzo all'aperto. Il ponte del terzo piano è perfetto per vedere i tramonti serali sulla baia o guardare il falco pescatore sorvolarsi sorseggiando il caffè del mattino.

Il secondo piano comprende la master suite principale con letto king size, bagno con vasca idromassaggio e doccia separata e verande private schermate che si affacciano sullo schermo nell'area della piscina. Su questo piano si trovano due ulteriori master suite con letto king size, una camera per bambini con una serie di letti a castello (doppia) e il servizio lavanderia.

Tutte le camere sono dotate di grandi smart TV a schermo piatto e accesso internet wifi gratuito. Il piano terra ha un ascensore che raggiunge tutti i piani per rendere il viaggio tra i piani senza soluzione di continuità, per non parlare di un grande aiuto nel portare rifornimenti per il vostro soggiorno. The Plantation on St. George Island: The Plantation on St. George Island è una gated community con accesso limitato tramite una guardia di sicurezza che emette privacy e protezione. Le case sono immerse in bellissimi lotti di grandi dimensioni con facile accesso alla spiaggia e alla baia. Alla fine della piantagione c'è Bob Sikes Cut, che è famoso per le sue possibilità di pesca e vista su Little St. George Island. È meraviglioso appollaiarsi sugli scogli del Cut e guardare barche, uccelli e delfini.

Servizi della piantagione: la bella Plantation Clubhouse, con piscina e palestra, è disponibile per tutti i nostri visitatori. La club house è 1. 5 miglia a est della nostra casa. La piscina del villaggio Resort è disponibile anche per i nostri ospiti e situata vicino all'ingresso principale. Family vacation

The house is beautiful... That being said, it needs some repairs. The right-hand sink is turned off because the faucet will not shut off. The kitchen faucet needs to be anchored as it turns/moves when the spigot is moved from one sink to the other. Also found caterpillars in almost all of the beds which i understand that they are really plentiful at this point of the season.

So much gorgeous scenery!

We had our yearly family vacation in your beautiful home and it was amazing! We relaxed! Fishing was fun fun and long days at the beach were great. We traveled to the great fishing town of Appalachicola for terrific seafood and great shopping! I would love to go back!

Comfortable and spacious home

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Beautiful property. Plenty of parking. Short, 4 minute walk to the beach, or to the bay pier for fishing. Loved the gated Plantation community, clubhouse pool and fitness center. Only thing that could have been better was the AC struggled on the first floor. Hallway was cool where the thermostat is but the bedrooms were a little warm. To their credit, hosts were responsive on this and promised they’ll be working on correcting airflow for their next guests.

Excellence at the beach

From the moment we arrived, knew a good time was in store. Everything was better than described. Our weather was excellent, and the house was better. Plenty of room, and lived the big table and all the couches.

Family Vacation

It was a great location for the beach and bay. Adored the little town. The restaurants in town were great! The house was the perfect size for our family. The elevator was a bonus for my elderly in-laws. Would stay here again!!!

Lovely property and beautiful walk to the beach .

This is a beautiful beach and a lovely walk to it. If you rent here , you will experience an incredibly non commercial Fla. One Piggly Wiggly on the island and a few great seafood restaurants are all you need when you have the day to play on the beach and swim in the heated pool (extra to heat) if you go off season. This home is perfect for large family gatherings or gatherings with friends. There is an elevator as bedrooms are on the second and third floors, with main living quarters on the third.

Great place to stay, host is very responsive.

Super clean, easy access to both the beach and the bay. Plenty of sleeping areas and bathrooms for two families or more. Listing has a hot tub, but it is located in the community pool area miles away. The door lock was broken on arrival, but the host was super easy to contact to gain access to the property with a spare key. I would stay here again.

Annual family beach trip.

My wife and I have been taking a family beach trip to St. George Island since my kids were toddlers. We have stayed many places on the island but “A. B. Sea” is my family’s favorite. Clean, short walk to beach, private setting, well stocked, service is very responsive.

July 2024 Bay to Beach

Our extended family of 12 (adult children, grandkids and grandparents). All enjoyed this beautiful house and island. We all agreed that this was the best house and location that we had stayed in. The equal distance to the beach and bay was wonderful. We spent most evenings on the dock in the bay enjoying the different types of wildlife! We all had a wonderful time. Also the management company was wonderful to work with. We had a few issues and they quickly replied and fixed them. Thanks again!

Great spot for family

Loved this house. Great beach and bay access. The pool was a hit for the kids and adults alike. House is well laid out with king beds throughout. Bunk room worked out great for kids. Elevator was very helpful for my elderly mother. Will definitely visit again!

Spacious and comfy home St. George Island

The bay views are wonderful from the main living level and decks. And the short walk to the beach (seemingly due to a new rock pathway) was no problem. Plenty of space, a well stocked kitchen, and lots of bedrooms with ensuite baths made it very comfortable. It also has a lot of privacy which is nice. The screened in pool was a plus, however a few of the screen panels needed repair. The only negatives were an hour plus delay in getting in and it would have been nice to have some beach chairs and toys available. That said, I would definitely rent this property again and recommend it highly.

Great house, great location

Our family really enjoyed our stay at this property on St. George Island. The setting is very private and beautiful and the location is great - a short stroll on a boardwalk to a long dock on the bay that was perfect for fishing and kayaking. In the other direction, it's a short walk to the beach. Since the property is located within the plantation, the beach was not crowded at all. There is a bike/walking path that provides good opportunities to see birds and wildlife. There is a heated pool at the house (we were there in early April and appreciated the heat) that is screened in and was enjoyed very much by the kids. The house has plenty of space to accommodate a large family group and a nice view of the bay from the upper deck. Everything is in place for an enjoyable vacation.

Family get together

Very nice home. Elevator didn’t work when we arrived but was repaired within two days. Kids had a blast boogie boarding in the ocean. Would go back. Allison was very attentive to any issues.

Wonderful Week!

The property was exactly as described. The pool is great, and the elevator is a blessing for moving suitcases and groceries to the third-floor living area. We had two minor issues, but the host was super responsive and helpful. The paths to the beach and the bay were great, the island is lovely. All in all, a wonderful week for a family vacation!

Get away from the crowds

We had a family reunion with four couples and associated kids (ages 14, 9, 4, 3). We all had a great time at Bay2Beach. The isolated beach was the best part. Very close (.15 miles along a dedicated path) and no crowds at all. After a day at the beach the covered pool kept out all unwanted pests and was great to finish up. The house itself was a great layout with a screened in porch and several other decks to enjoy our stay. The kids really enjoyed the five bunk beds in the same room (we did too) The dining table allowed seating for 10 people which was great for playing games in the evening. We will be looking forward to a return trip soon!

Beach to Bay stay

Our first time to St George and St George Plantation. The house was perfect for our family consisting of our three sons and their families. Loved the quiet and slower pace compared to Watercolor where we usually stay. Literally 3 1/2 minute walk to the beach and similar walk to the bay. We loved our stay and would come again.

Perfect beach vacation!

This was our first trip to St. George Island! The Bay to Beach property was the perfect place for our family! There was plenty of room for everyone to have their own space and bedroom/bathroom. The open kitchen and large living rooms plus two tvs (to entertain little ones) were bonus areas. The kitchen is fully stocked with anything you need to prepare a meal (including a keurig & coffee pot). The multi level decks were so nice to sit and enjoy the bay view. We loved the convenient outdoor shower when coming in off the beach. The walk to beach from property was short & easy to do with two small kids. The beach is beautiful, quiet and the perfect place to let kids roam all over. The property owners were kind enough to check on us several times during our stay to see if we needed anything. Couldn’t ask for a better place! We can’t wait to go again.

Quiet getaway

As parents, we loved the home with both beach and sound access. Our kids on the other hand would have preferred to be closer to thw spring break action. We didnt mind the peace and quiet. We enjoyed bike rides theough thr neighborhoods and serene beach walks. The home was great. We had 4 familes with numerous food allergies so we cooked dinners everynight rather than eating out. The kitchen was adequately stocked for our needs to cook meals. The pool was wonderful and we loved to listen to the waterfall both at pool side and on the deck. Great friends, great location and great weather!

The PERFECT vacation
