Welcome to Doc’s Fish Camp, your island getaway where fishing tales and sunset views come to life. This 3-bedroom, 2-bath coastal retreat sits along beautiful Apalachicola Bay with a private dock, pool, and an unbeatable view that captures the very best of St. George Island living.
Inside, you’ll find a bright open layout designed for comfort and connection. The home features two king bedrooms, one queen bedroom, and a queen sleeper sofa, comfortably sleeping up to 8 guests.
The fully equipped kitchen makes it easy to prepare your fresh catch of the day, and the open living area flows seamlessly onto the expansive deck—perfect for morning coffee or sunset cocktails overlooking the bay.
Downstairs, the fun continues with a covered lounge area, pool table, and a sparkling private pool. Bring your boat and fishing gear—the dock includes fish cleaning stations, and the calm bay waters make it an angler’s dream.

There was a little miscommunication on the property the day before arriving. We worked it all out. However the bathrooms weren’t very clean and bath linens were sparse.The house well equipped with pots pans and seasonings. Beds were comfortable! Everyone enjoyed their stay and the use of the dock.

Great Vacation

We loved the house, inside and out. What a great layout for family and friends to enjoy the beautiful island. Highly recommend this property to anyone looking to stay on SGI especially if they enjoy boating and fishing.

Great Winter Getaway Location

We had a wonderful, relaxing several days with our adult daughters at this comfortable, well-equipped house. The house is huge and our daughters were happy to have their own rooms. One of them had to work remotely so she got the room with a small desk and a water view - an upgrade for her! The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to cook simple meals together so we could enjoy the lovely views and just hang out. The jacuzzi was heavenly, the foosball and air hockey were competitive, and the sunsets a blaze of color. I saw ~ 30 bird species in the neighborhood: pelicans, osprey, cormorants, a flock of Snowy Egrets and a Solitary Sandpiper in the harbor area; and numerous woodland-scrub species, water birds, Bald Eagles a short walk away. A pod of dolphins explored the harbor one evening. But the highlight, for me, was the daily sighting of an American Kestral hunting at close range and perching on the utility wires! We would love to return with more family members in the future. Thank you for sharing!

Family Renion

Loved the place! Booked again for summer with some fishing friends.The house is roomy and comfortable and the kitchen is well stocked with dishes, pots, pans, etc. I've never seen a round air hockey table! Loved the hot tub and pool table. We did not use the beach chairs and towels because we couldn't find them--there is lots of storage space!

Peaceful Stay

This place was amazing and had everything you need. The hot tub and pool was spectacular. The house has tons of room and the outside has plenty of seating too. It was so nice and quiet in the neighborhood. We fished plenty off the dock and caught plenty, can't wait to go back!
