  • Il primo livello di questa bella casa offre una grande suite Master fronte spiaggia con letto king size e bagno privato con vasca idromassaggio. L'accesso a un ponte coperto ti invita all'esterno per salutare l'alba mattutina o per contemplare i milioni di stelle scintillanti nel cielo notturno. Una seconda camera da letto con letto matrimoniale ha anche un bagno privato con box doccia e un armadio lavanderia con lavatrice / asciugatrice accatastati è disponibile nella sala per la vostra convenienza.

    Al piano superiore camminerete in una zona giorno aperta con divano letto Queen e soffitti alti. Qui, ci si può rilassare nell'arredamento confortevole o uscire sulla terrazza coperta di fronte alla spiaggia con una terrazza aggiuntiva per deliziare il calore del sole. Il ponte superiore ha un cancello che chiude l'accesso ai ponti inferiori in modo da poter tenere d'occhio il vostro animale domestico o bambini più piccoli. Preparare il pescato del giorno nella cucina piastrellata con bar per la colazione o godere di ulteriori posti a sedere al tavolo della sala da pranzo per 6.     Per quanto ti piaccia passare il tempo all'interno di questa casa splendidamente decorata, il piano terra vanta un ampio sole fronte spiaggia recintato e una terrazza coperta con doccia esterna chiusa, spazi per mangiare e accesso a una griglia a carbone in stile parco e lungomare. Il divano esterno coperto sarà il tuo posto preferito per fare un sonnellino tra una visita e l'altra.

Great family vacation

We enjoyed our stay. Took advantage of the credit for beach gear and it was waiting for us when we got there. House had everything you needed. Loved having the beach right outside our door and the ice cream shop right across the road was a bonus!

Wonderful beach rental!

Great location and a beautiful beach! The house had everything we needed. The Property Manager went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and enjoyed our stay. If you're looking for a quiet beach vacation away from the usual touristy places, this is it!

Relaxing week!

Really enjoyed our stay. House was clean and convenient to center of island. Great decks to view the ocean. Short walk to private beach. It was nice to not have to rush out and drop your beach gear early in the morning like most places during spring break. Would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful View

We enjoyed our short week at this property . The house was clean and orderly . The view from the decks was amazing . We also enjoyed the dry outdoor shower and lounge area on the bottom deck .

Perfect

The house has a perfect view of the Gulf and direct access to the beach. Balconies on two levels, as well as a little nook on the ground level, provide a variety of spaces for relaxing. Tasteful and quiet.

Wonderful stay

This house was all it promised. The fenced patio was brilliant for the dog. Location is great you can walk to everything…and we did! You can walk to the parrot by beach or road. The house was clean and spacious and perfect for our stay. It’s always a blast to be able to bundle everything up a pop down tot he beach for the day! Dog friendly easy checkin and access it was relaxing and stress free.

Convenient location. Experienced some unusual weather…..thunderstorms and heavy winds that took out the water substation, staff was informed and kept in communication until the service was turned back on.

Nice week at the beach

We enjoyed our time on St George island. The beach views were incredible. The house was a very short walk to the beach. We enjoyed being able to grill at the property. The only thing is would change would be upgrading the mattresses, pillows, and the water heater. Beds were pretty uncomfortable, pillows were flat, and there seemed to be very limited warm (it didn’t really get hot) for bathing.

You need to be here

We rented for 4 weeks and loved it. The house is very comfy, the bed was comfy and the kitchen is well stocked for cooking. The views are amazing. Rain or shine. There are 3 decks you can choose from which was nice becoz the lower deck was a little warmer on a windy day. You can walk to restaurants, grocery and amazing donuts at Webers. Our two pups enjoyed the beach also. We felt this place was awesome. Would definitely rent again.

Annual Trip, Beach Year

The island is amazing. It's not commercialized, all in walking distance, and not "island prices". There was no short on happy staff and there were relatively no waits at restaurants. The beach is beautiful, clean and not overcrowded. Would 100% recommend a trip to St. George's Island. The house is dated and could use a facelift, but it did not take away from the trip at all. It is much closer to the beach than the pictures give justice. And you cannot beat the views from the back porches. We had three kids and four adults and the size was great for us. I would recommend bringing extra towels and laundry detergent as the ability to hang towels (beach or shower) and bathing suits is very limited. The queen beds are very, very small queens, if not even full size/double beds. The rental credit was great - we got bikes and extra chairs. The kids loved the ability to go anywhere on the island with the bikes.

Space is good and all the appliances worked, water pressure was good, deck space was excellent. Loved having the top deck gate so we could sit on the deck with our dog and not worry. We were completely aware for the money and dog friendly, there would be normal wear and tear on the property. Furniture was comfortable and beach walk was in good shape (no splinters with trex). We did bring our Amazon fire stick and we had no problems with the wifi. We liked that we were far enough from the public access so we had lots of space on the beach. Every house just picked a spot on the first day and we all stuck to it all week.

After owning a rental beach condo for 20 years myself, I would suggest small yearly upgrades that I haven't seen here over the last few years. The appliances are getting tired especially the dishwasher ( 10 years old). Although the washer /dryer looks relatively new,it could do a better job. None of these things detracted from a great experience however.

Easy check in, great beach access and the kitchen was well stocked. The beds were very comfortable and the showers were hot. The chairs on the top deck were cheap plastic, the dishwasher was disgusting and the washing machine needs to be thoroughly cleaned. Overall the property just needs some TLC and it could be much much nicer.

The only issue I have is that the master bedroom has a musky moldy smell . Also we had several water bugs come visit us in the master bedroom ... we live this place and will most likely rent it again next year for our fall break .

We have been coming to the area for 25 years and this is our 15th year on SGI. We have stayed at a few different properties and enjoy this property. The only downside - you have to get your stuff out to the beach early in order to get a spot due to the close proximity of neighbors. This year - the property was the cleanest we have ever seen when we arrived. Close walking distance to the shops and Blue Parrot. The very-few negatives: Could use a few extra forks (5 isn't enough), the weather stripping on the road-side door is missing - allows bugs to come in and the exhaust fan in the bathroom sounds like it is going to take off any day now.Had to talk with the property manager during the week to give permission for a service call and they were friendly and knew the area (unlike another property management company).Would recommend this place to anyone - except for the week we want it.
