This home is within biking distance of local shops, you can spend the afternoon swimming in the gulf or in town seeing the sights! Either way, this lovely home offers you the relief of a peaceful retreat at the water's edge.

Multiple TVs, recently remodeled with fresh new interior paint, new furniture, bedding, decor and accessories, well equipped kitchen with granite countertops and new refrigerator, hardwood flooring throughout with the exception of tile in the kitchen and bathrooms. New washer and dryer, Large screened in porch overlooking beach with porch swing and outdoor dining table, long sun deck with built-in benches. Under house concrete parking, under house swing, enclosed outdoor shower.

Pet Friendly - 1 dog only, under 35 lbs. with a $75 non-refundable pet fee.
