This home is all one level, making it perfect for extended family groups of all ages. Tile flooring in the main areas and all four bedrooms are carpeted. The open concept of Island Paradise lets you enjoy the open kitchen, dining and living area all together. The kitchen features stainless appliances with quartz countertops. The dining area features a large farm style table with bench seating. The living area has plenty of comfortable seating with the large sectional that makes out to a queen sized sleeper sofa. There are two beachside Master Suites with king beds, en-suite bathrooms and access to the expansive beachside covered deck with plenty of seating. The 3rd suite in the home features two twin beds and en-suite bathroom. Just across the hall is the 4th bedroom featuring a queen bed and shares the bathroom in the hall.
Island Paradise has extensive outdoor living space with a private pool that features a covered area under the house with porch swings, an outdoor shower to rinse off the chlorine from the pool or the sand from the beach and a gas grill.
A super convenience is that the deeded Beach Access path is just a few steps away! This lovely, canopied path takes you directly to the beach boardwalk. And last but not least, this fabulous home features a large shady fenced in dog run! Perfect for your furry family members!

AMENITIES: Multiple TVs, DVD player, tile floors throughout main living areas with carpet in bedrooms, well equipped kitchen with granite countertops and stainless appliances, large, covered porch overlooking private pool and great views of the Gulf of Mexico, outdoor lounge area under house with 2 swings, picnic table and loungers. Outdoor fenced dog run, gas grill, outdoor shower, fire pit, under house parking, lots of beach gear and yard games, such as horseshoes, toss, and corn hole are located for guests in the under house storage. A beach cart is also available. The Golf Cart is not for guest use.

PRIVATE POOL - Heated for a fee of $400 per week.

PET FRIENDLY: 2 Dogs Only, Under 35 lbs, each, A $75 Non-refundable pet fee is required per dog.
