“Struttura in pieno centro. A pochi passi dal castello. Camera piccola ed in pendenza. Ma la gentilezza e disponibilità del personale rendono comunque il soggiorno unico. Per questo motivo lo consiglio! ”

“The room was cleaned altought the bathroom floor was having some lines of mould. The staff were ok. the houskeeper how attend us didn't know who to sort a baby cot and we have to call several times to fix it. the breakast varieaty was good mixed of english breakfast and pastries andd fruits and bread. one of the staff who was tidying the breakfast was't very polite,she was cleaning the only2 coffees machies before the close time, and I was unable to take my coffee as she was rude on her approach...

“2 day stay . Very bad smelling room even after 2 days with window open. Its clearly been lived in by a smoker and a sock was still covering the smoke detector. Really uncumfortabke beds and dirty stained sheets and matress. No lamps no cups, spoon or coffee. Even had to tune the telly myself. Very strange types walking around the corridors would not recomend. Staff were nice enough when i spoke to them. Im not the complaining type so just loughed if off as a bad experience never to be repeated....

“We enjoyed our very short stay and would like to return for longer next time. The lodge had everything we needed and our children loved the bunk beds. We all enjoyed feeding the animals in the morning the next day. ”
