COMMUNITY AMENITIES: St. James is a gorgeous coastal community with 24/7 gate access. Explore the waterfront and nature parks with playgrounds and picnic tables. Miles of sidewalks and walking trails throughout to explore!

RESTAURANT: There is an on-site restaurant open to the public, Beacon 315. 5 min. drive or pleasant 1.7 mile walk.

Very nice house, serene location

Our family of 5 had a nice, relaxing vacation while staying in this great house. The location is very quiet and the views across the marsh are beautiful. The restaurants in Southport did not disappoint. We would most definitely stay in this property again.
