“The Brownswood is lovely and I keep returning year after year. It feels like staying with family. Pub is a great time. Quick access on bus network or plenty of bikes around make commuting to central easy.”

“The room was half the price of the local Travelodge. Everything was adequate. (But not more than adequate) Staff were helpful and friendly. The parking was very secure. The reception was staffed 24/7. This is a cheap room, don't have high expectations and you will be fine.”

“La cosa che rende unico questo albergo è la gentilezza di Roger, che ti accoglie a qualsiasi ora del giorno e della notte con un sorriso e ti fa sentire come se fossi a casa. Purtroppo io e mia nipote siamo arrivate la sera tardi ed abbiamo trovato da mangiare solo in un fast food tremendo, dove abbiamo dovuto buttare quasi tutto... Roger ci ha accolto, preparato del thè caldo con latte e dato tutto quello che aveva portato per sé per farci mangiare..una persona splendida che ci ha fatto sentire...

“The listing description and how the place actually is don’t match up. The room I booked was to have a king size bed, hair dryer, shampoo and body wash. However when I arrived the bed was a full size. There was no hair dryer, or shower supplies. They provide one body towel per person but no hand towels or wash cloths. There were bugs in the room, a hole in the wall filled with a sponge. The room ran out of toilet paper and the owners were unable to provide anymore as they were not on property....
