“We had a great stay in apartment number five, but our checkin process with the front desk at Crystal Hotel was horrible. Everything up to the payment was great, but then it turned to a complete mess. With no information at all, I was presented with a much higher bill than the Hotels.com confirmation. We do not use euros and I had to do a quick calculation in my head to notice the difference, which was significant. “We stayed with two kids for one night and had a really good time at the hotel. The room was spacious with a balcony, personnell very friendly and helpful and the breakfast had plenty ot offer. In winter I would miss something to brew tea in the room, but in summer we were just fine. At the end we did not have the time to try the swimming pool, so that remains for the next visit.”
