“Room was clean. The bed was fine, except for the huge pillows that I could not use which made my sleep pretty bad. The staff put the liquids in the wrong containers that attached to the wall in the shower so I had to rewash hair and body with the right cleaner. All small minor things. Casino was clean. The restaurants were pricey for what it was.

“Our room was dirty. The bathroom was FILTHY, moldy and mildew everywhere accompanied by hairs that didn’t belong to us. Spider webs in every upper and lower corner of the room. Cobwebs on the ceiling . Stains on the bed sheets and comforter. We requested a non smoking room two times and our room smelled like there was an entire pack of cigarettes burning.
