“Mike is a great host. He's very communicative and friendly. The location of this property cannot be beat. It's across the street from the Battery Cafe, within skipping distance of Bannerman brewing, and a short walk to downtown. The Harbour view is lovely. I'd stay here again.”

“Very roomy with very nice couches and comfortable bed. Lots of food options, great pastry’s at Postmaster. Fantastic view of the harbour and nice size deck. Fantastic internet and TV options. This property is completely walkable for all things downtown if you have no mobility issues. Lots of stairs and steep hills. Loved it.”

“Stayed here for 5 nights with my husband and friend . Appointment at St. Clare’s hospital. Close to the hospital, Leo’s fish and chips ( a must try ) close to downtown. Great location. Very clean , comfortable, and everything thing that you need is in this place. The host were great to deal with and easy to get a hold of.for any questions or concerns.i would recommend this place and I would stay here again. ”

It would be helpful to show a photo of the couch folded out flat so potential guests can see that it's not a typical pull out full bed but a couch that flattens out which may not be suitable for some people.
