Escape to a charming 2-bed, 1-bath retreat just a 4-min walk from Fort James beach—your gateway to horse riding and Segway tours. Dive into beachfront dining, a quick 4-min drive to the supermarket, and the vibrant town nearby. Enjoy the breezy ambiance & a dedicated remote work station with hill views, and shared laundry. The full kitchen, complete with a full-size fridge and stove, sets the stage for a delightful stay. Although just a 5-min drive from town, revel in the calm and relaxing environment, away from the hustle and bustle. Your ideal getaway awaits!

Experience tranquility in a bedroom featuring a queen-size bed, and find comfort in the other room with a cozy double bed. Each room is equipped with fresh linens and towels, including beach towels for added convenience.

Embrace a refreshing work environment with our remote setup, offering delightful garden views and a gentle breeze. Experience the true meaning of 'work is a breeze' as you navigate tasks amid nature's serenity.

Please note:
- There is no AC (air conditioning), however there are is a standing fans in each bedroom and a ceiling fan in the living room.
- No backup generator. (Although power outages are rare they can last for a few hours).
- 220 voltage throughout property - there are mostlg UK plug sockets throughout the property so bring adapters.
- Bring your favourite soap and shampoo for your stay.
- There is a French Press/Cafetiere that you can use - so feel free to bring your favourite coffee to enjoy. If you have never used this style of coffee press before, just let us know and we can show you.

**Note: We have three dogs that are kept outside and securely chained ensuring a safe and enjoyable environment for everyone.

Late check-in and check-out are subject to availability. If a late check-in or check-out isn't available we may be able to store your bags for you.

A great place to stay
We had a wonderful stay at Andrea and Kaboo's accommodation. The house was clean, spacious, and had complete amenities. While there was no AC, the large windows and fans made for a breezy and comfortable atmosphere. The house is conveniently located near plenty of beaches, as well as a supermarket. Andrea and Kaboo were kind and helpful hosts and offered recommendations about nearby sights. I highly recommend it here for a relaxing and pleasant stay.
