We Host is a professional property management company based in Newfoundland! We typically answer messages between 10:30AM and 9:30PM Newfoundland time. However, we are available 24/7 (9:30pm-10:30am urgent calls only, please)! You may find yourself speaking with any of our team members. You can contact us via your booking channel as well as replying to the welcome messages you received upon confirmation.

This home is located across the street from Quidi Vidi Lake, and is approximately 15 minutes by foot and 2 minutes by car to the Downtown Area. 10 minutes to the Airport and the Avalon Mall/Kenmount Rd shopping district.

Taxi: available for convenient point-to-point transportation including the airport. Call or download the app to reserve.

Walking: If the spots you're visiting are within walking distance, walking might be the most convenient option.

Driving: While not required to explore the city, having a vehicle can be advantageous for visiting the outport communities surrounding St. John's.

This space is best suited to 4 adults maximum with 2 children or 2 adults with maximum of 4 children. Please note that there is only one full bathroom the third double bed is the pull-out sofa in the basement.

Local Hot Spots :
Being 1 minute away from one of St. Johns most beautiful ponds, Quidi Vidi lake has a wonderful walking trail, festivals, and concerts, and beautiful scenery.
Quidi Vidi Village is a hot spot that is only a 3 minute drive, or a 27 minute walk. You can enjoy a nice meal at Mallard Cottage, have a cold beer and a meal at Quidi Vidi Brewery, or if you want to enjoy a nice hike, Sugar Loaf Path is right by the village! Open seasonally, The Wharf at Quidi Vidi opens with local food trucks, and beer gardens! If you like live music, Quidi Vidi Brewery hold local local music nights!

Downtown St. John's is just a 25 minute walk, while you walk, you can see jellybean row houses, enjoy historic buildings and enjoy being in St. John's! When you arrive downtown, there are many restaurants to choose from, lovely local shops to window shop, and if you're lucky, you will hear live music playing on Water Street!

All units are strictly non-smoking (cigarettes and marijuana) and quiet enjoyment suites. We use monitoring devices that immediately alert us of any smoking and excessive noise. Should you violate our house rules, you will be asked to leave and charged $250. Snow removal is the responsibility of the guest if snowing during their stay. We try our best to have the snow removed before check in.
