  • Nel cuore della Dickenson Bay, 'Little Bay Villa' è un grande appartamento recentemente ristrutturato con una camera da letto situato in prima linea nel complesso del Villaggio Antigua. è a meno di 40 passi dalla riva del mare e offre una vista ininterrotta sul mare. Se stai cercando un appartamento sulla spiaggia dove puoi camminare fino al mare dei Caraibi e ai ristoranti senza nemmeno vedere una strada o un'auto, questo è quello che fa per te!

    La villa è completamente gestita da Antigua Village Beach Resort e viene fornita con un servizio di pulizia giornaliero (cambio biancheria e asciugamani e pulizia completa) incluso nel prezzo. Vengono forniti anche teli da mare che possono essere cambiati ogni giorno a discrezione degli ospiti. Questo è un noleggio privato con tutti i comfort di una suite d'albergo superiore!

    L'appartamento di 1100 mq esposto a ovest gode di un'eccezionale vista sulla spiaggia e sul Mar dei Caraibi e tramonti spettacolari dall'ampio patio e dalla terrazza solarium.

    Luminosa e ariosa, la camera da letto bifacciale e climatizzata si adatta comodamente a 2 letti matrimoniali di grandi dimensioni e ha una grande vetrata e una porta finestra sulla terrazza coperta.

    L'ampio salone a pianta aperta, la cucina abitabile ha un ulteriore spazio guardaroba e un comodo divano letto che si trasforma in un letto king-size o 2 letti singoli da 3 piedi. Questa sala principale di 20 piedi quadrati ha una grande finestra panoramica sui giardini e porte finestre scorrevoli sulla terrazza coperta con una fantastica vista sul mare.

    Il complesso è estremamente ben tenuto, con splendidi giardini e una piscina arretrata dalla spiaggia. Ci sono lettini e ombrelloni ad uso esclusivo degli ospiti dell'Antigua Village nei giardini e sul lungomare. C'è un piccolo negozio in loco dove gli ospiti possono acquistare gli oggetti essenziali e 2 ristoranti sulla spiaggia di buona qualità a 2 minuti a piedi dalla villa. Taxi, noleggio auto, servizio lavanderia ed escursioni possono essere prenotati tramite il personale cordiale alla reception.

    Questo è davvero un luogo da sogno per chi desidera una vacanza al mare di alta qualità con il lusso di servizi in stile hotel.

Beautiful villa with an amazing beachfront view. This was our second stay here, and it was just as wonderful as the first. The villa has everything needed for a comfortable stay, and the kitchen is very well equipped. The location is perfect for a relaxing vacation. I would highly recommend this place for families with kids. We had a fantastic time and would love to come back again.

This place was perfect! The view and access to the beach were exceptional, the staff were so helpful and welcoming and the privacy of the beach was just what we were looking for. With the restaurant next door and convenience store in the parking lot, you really don’t need to leave!

What a beautiful location! We could be on lounge chairs at the beach within 30 seconds! The condo is a little bit dated but very clean and functional. We will definitely consider returning in the future.

Beautiful location and stay

We stayed here for our honeymoon after getting married the week before at another resort on the island. You can’t beat the location and it really is steps from the beach. It was so peaceful and relaxing!

Me and my wife really enjoyed staying there. Everything was so convenient. You could walk to multiple restaurants even the supermarket down the road. We would take a walk to carry stuff back. I would definitely stay there again.

Perfect relaxing stay.

This our third time in this property. The location is perfect and everything is as described. The owners are easy to communicate with and are very responsive. Perfect property for a low key beach vacation with multiple restaurants/bars within walking distance.

On the Beach with Great Spaces

Antigua Village is a marvelous resort. Intimate, quiet, gorgeous grounds and plantings, nice pool, excellent location on Dickenson Bay Beach. Friendly and accommodating staff. Unit 29v was spacious and open with large windows and lovely ocean and garden views. Comfortable beds and great A/C! Would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Excellent Property

Excellent Property. The beach and surrounding area was a bit busy, but just steps back onto the property we had our own private patio and sitting area. The views were great and privacy was not an issue. Will definitely return.

My wife loves it at little bay villa, everyday she would say, this is the perfect location. steps from the beach and restaurants. Security was very helpful as well with our late check in. we will stay there again. thank you Martina for the helpful communication

Exactly as it says

I was skeptical when the location to the beach was mentioned as being only 40 step. If anything they've under sold it, the villa is right by the beach, it's comfortable, practical and everything you need. Great access to pool, beach, sea and resort amenities.

This is a great property!! Beautiful views of the ocean from the patio - The apartment was clean and nicely furnished. The kitchen had all necessary item to prepare a meal. You can't go wrong with this unit. We love Antigua Village -

Favorite Beach House Yet

My family really enjoyed our stay at Little Bay Villa. The condo was exactly as advertised and very clean and comfy. Everyone at the property was friendly and helpful. There was lots to do nearby and the views were gorgeous. The beach is lovely. My mom, who is older, found the unit and property accessible with a short walk to beach and ground floor. My son, age 4, liked our stay so much he wept for 30 solid minutes when it was time to leave.

Great Location

This is the second time we have stayed in this unit as we love the location. When we arrived there were two issues which were repaired within 1 hour of us notifying the front desk. The unit has everything you need in the kitchen if you choose to prepare your own meals. It was a very pleasant stay and I say it again awesome location!

Great location

Great location. Unit could be upgraded. Bathroom and kitchen old but adequate. Refrig froze most of our food even at the lowest setting. Daily maid service was a plus. Beautiful Island.

I was at the property for a week for my son's wedding, and the wedding was at the property next to Antigua Village, so all I had to do was walk along the beachfront to get to all the festivities.At one point, my villa was the landing spot for everybody to get ready for the wedding, which was really nice.There are a lot of things that I could say positively about the property, my experience and the convenience to everything. But I think the number one aspect I liked about staying in the villa are the views...whether you're sitting in the living room or the dining area or even the bedroom you have very nice views. And that is really important to me.I would definitely book this villa again. And the intention would be to stay at least for two weeks next time.
