This property has everything you need to rest and relax for your vacation. It was clean and cute and my Wife and I enjoyed ourselves immensely. Some real nice beaches close by and I cannot recommend high enough.

Excellent value for price as compared to the resorts on the island. Adorable cottages with all the comforts of home right on the water and within walking distance of a secluded beach. Great internet and cable TV.

This was such a lovely and relaxing time. One of the best beaches in Antigua is a short walk away. Gabriela and Douglas are excellent hosts, with a wealth of knowledge of Antigua. If you are looking for quiet, secluded restful vacation, look no further.

Nice place. Basic, clean. 6 cottages overlooking a salt pond right behind coastal woods. 10 minute walk to Yepton Beach. 10 minute drive to St. John, but all routes lead thru narrow, pot-holed, 2-way traffic in poor residential neighborhoods.

Beautiful setting on a lake next to the sea. Each evening, we were treated to a parade of cruise ships coming and going from St John's harbor. Small wildlife was everywhere, day and night. Our was furnished with everything needed to cook and prepare our meals. easy walk to the local beaches. A great to relax on your Carribean vacation

It was great over all but you have to have a rental car. Basic but very good. Have the most beautiful beach on the island near by- Deep Bay Beach. There is a guy there on the beach that cooks you a fish that he just caught in the ocean. Also, there is a nice short but challenging track to Fort Barrington with a breathtaking view on the Bay.

The property is in a lovely location, very quiet a a peaceful - you really need a car as nowhere nearby to get supplies, it’s basic, but immaculate and with everything you need. Sharon was very helpful, but we sadly we were unable to meet Gabriela and Douglas on this occasion, we had read such glowing reviews about them. (I hope you are feeling better, and hopefully we may get to come again and meet you). Deep bay is a 20 min walk and is just gorgeous.

Sent 4 emails before arrival and gotno reply. Decent cottage, comfortable bed, good shower. Sadly no helpful information about getting around, nearest places to eat etc. Pool small, but lovely after a hot day. Used bus and taxi to get around. Be prepared for very noisy tree frogs at night.

The property is absolutely gorgeous and easy to find. The owners are wonderful. Gabriela went out of her way to provide a late check-in and didnt bat an eyelash. She also assisted us with getting to our next lodging destination since our stay was only for one night as a bridge to an all inclusive resort. She was friendly personable and even provided an upgrade on the cottage. The cottage exceeded our expectations. It was clean, had plenty of room and was everything we needed for the night. We only booked for a one night stay but if we didnt already have other reservations Yepton would have been our top choice. Please dont hesitate on this rental you wont regret it!

Not on the beach but near enough to several beaches and overlooking a peaceful, pelican-busy lagoon, landscaped with native ornamentals, self contained and very safe, this was a great find. Gabby, our innkeeper, gave an insider's shrewd advice on everything from great restos to where to park to see the market, and helped us find a doc for pre-boarding COVID testing, too. Our bungalow, like all of them, had a fully equipped efficiency kitchen, good beds, hot shower, comfy living area, GOOD LIGHTING!, and inside/outside dining tables. A screen for the front cottage door would be helpful, and perhaps some small repairs on window screening. And you WILL, of course, need to rent a car to get around. But this place was really pleasant, great value, quiet, and old school in the best sense. Very highly recommended.

Yepton Estate was a perfect match for what we needed for our 4-day stay in Antigua. Our cottage was very quiet, clean, with an extremely comfortable bed and a very well equipped kitchen as well as strong Wi-Fi. The property is a bit off the beaten path, so having a car is a necessity if you want to get around. We did have a rental car and explored the island from there. There is a small beach within walking distance although we never found it due to a miscommunication but there are plenty of accessible beaches elsewhere. There is only one small restaurant within a short drive. For everything else you need to drive into St. John’s. Fortunately the manager had advised us in advance to stop for groceries on the way from the airport. There are plenty of supermarkets on that way. Overall we had a very pleasant visit to Antigua and Yepton Estate.

I cottages sono inseriti in un bel contesto naturale molto silenzioso e offrono tutto il meglio per rendere la vacanza ottimale. La cordialità e disponibilità dei padroni ti fanno sentire "come a casa".

Ho soggiornato per 15 giorni presso gli Yepton Estate in un cottage studio. La posizione dei cottages è ottima, di fronte ad un laghetto e a 5 minuti a piedi dalla spiaggia. I gestori sono gentilissimi ed hanno sodfisfatto ogni nostra piccola richiesta. In tanti anni di viaggi non ho mai trovato delle persone così gentili e disponibili. Cottages pulitissimi e con cucina ultra-fornita! Pulizia e cambio lenzuola e asciugamani ogni 4 giorni. Necessaria l'auto

COTTAGES IN AREA SUPERBA - da non perdere

trattasi di Cottages in posizione invidiabile. Superbo ed amichevole il rapporto che potrei definire di amicizia che si riesce ad instaurare con Gaby e Douglas (titolari). Sempre pronti a dare risposte suggerimenti - IL MASSIMO . Se vogliamo essere sottili vedrei bene anche se non necessaro e solo utile in alcune occasioni/momenti un condizionatore in area soggiorno. Avevamo un bilocale. Tenete presente che non amiamo il condizionatore. Nulla altro da suggerire se non leggere quanti altri hanno scritto in modo dovizioso di cui mi associo per quanto espresso. Yepton Estate Cottages was an extremely pleasant experience. We were there for a week in April 2021 and had a wonderful time. We are divers and the location was central enough to get to all the dive shops. BTW the diving was fabulous. Best to rent a car and be sure you communicated with Gabriela so she can give you the best directions to get to the Cottages. Gabriela and Doug were the best hosts as they are very knowledgeable about the area and pretty good historians about Antigua as well. The cottages were clean and comfortable and the whole experience was relaxing. A great place to relax and unwind and you will love a holiday stay at the Yepton Cottages.
