“Our room was clean, stocked and well kept. The fitness center was adequate and the breakfast was appreciated. My only complaint was the bed pillows were very used and need to be updated. ”

On my way out, I had the pleasure of meeting another Hilton ambassador, Monica. I am a business traveler, and I truly want to convey how incredibly genuine both of these ladies were. It’s what I refer to as “good old Customer Service” and that’s very hard to find these days.”
