“Checked in at 8:15 pm-ish They gave us (my wife and I) a room where tub drain was backed up so we couldn’t shower. Switched our room and we were late for our dinner. The floor we were moved to was a smokers floor when we paid for non smoking. Although they did take off $50 we still had to call Expedia to work for those $50 back. They had us park in an undesirable overflow parking lot where they don’t have security cameras. My brand new ladder got stolen overnight *shocker* and they told us they...
