“HOT TUB didn't even WORK, was OUT OF ORDER, as was the only ONE ice machine for the WHOLE HOTEL!!
Management wouldn't refund 2nd night of stay, had to leave due to ice storm and conference calcellation!! Will NEVER stay there AGAIN!!”

“I called the hotel at Noon on 4/3/2026 before booking for the night of 4/3/2026. I called to inquire about the hot tub and pool because my wife and I were having a night away and we wanted to stay at a hotel with a hot tub to relax. We were assured the hot tub was working properly. When we arrived at check in, we were informed the hot tub was not working. Also, breakfast was horrible. I will not be staying here again, and very disappointed that we stayed here. It ruined our weekend away.”
