“I stayed at this property to be close to a work training site. The property and room was clean and staff were friendly. There was a mini fridge and microwave in the room. I reported two issues with the bathroom and it was never resolved during my stay by staff. I had to find housekeeper to obtain a new bottle of lotion to hang on the bathroom as the existing one was watery. “Unfortunately they only had one cup, mug, plate and fork. No cooking supplies. Luckily, i was alone and brought sandwich supplies so it was ok but i thought it odd. Other than that all was good”

“It was just ok. Maintenance of the shower was interesting with a long screw hanging out of the handle and an unsecured handle plate. Sheets had stains and the beds were queen on top of full frames. Once you got the mattress in the right spot it made things a bit more stable. Over all cleanliness was just mediocre. Visible dirt and debris on the floor. If we didn't need the room for the night or had other options we would not have stayed. ”

“We arrived to a room that was very minimal. There were 2 complimentary bottles of water and a refrigerator. I immediately made tea, a non caffeinated tea. We felt like the comforter and sheet wasn’t enough but turned up the temp. There were 2 washcloths, 2 hand towels and 2 bath towels and one of the bottles of product had fallen off the wall and was on the shower hand rail, there were no shelves in the shower for a razor or products. “If you're not a fan of the smell of weed, you'll probably not be too happy here. Everywhere smells like weed. I didn't care that much because I was gone 14 hours a day, but a family with kids might care. The staff is nice. I won't publicly name three outstanding staff, but K and B are just the best people. You know who you are, and thank you for being a bright spot at the end of the end. The air conditioner was broken in my room. To their credit, a maintenance person was up to have a look at it...

“This place was the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. We had to change rooms due to uncleanness. Overly stained carpet, rips and tears in the furnishings, poor dusting, stained towels. We were given another room with less stains on the carpet but still stained. Stains on the furnishings, bed frame full of dust, dingy stained towels, thank God I had brought my own. The microwave was filthy and full of dust on the outside. I was told I'd get another one, that didn't come until the day before leaving...

“I paid for the reservation around 11 pm, but when we tried to check in at 5 a.m., they said no, you have to check in at 3 p.m yesterday ”
