potenzialmente bello
l'hotel è bello e ben curato, la stanza al mio arrivo era sporca (avevo fatto dei lavori edili). ho chiesto di pulirlo nella stessa giornata ma al mio ritorno in camera ho trovato sempre la stessa sporcizia. l'indomani ho ricevuto la telefonata dal direttore che si è scusato per l'inconveniente e mi ha offerto un'altra camera. colazione appena sufficiente. ampi margini di miglioramento.

I was absolutely blown away by this find, great property and very professional hospitality. I particularly want to commend the two receptionist I encounter at the reception Suzanne Kiers and Joelle Deleeuw. They were helpful and charming at all times. They certainly may my experience away feel like home.

La estancia todo muy bien, hotel muy nuevo , todo estaba muy limpio y las camas muy cómodas. El único inconveniente, la ubicación. Se trata de una zonal dedicada más al turismo juvenil y de “borrachera “ con lo cual es inevitable el ruido por la noche. Recomiendo cenar en el restaurante del hotel, se llama Mestizo, comida latina con un toque de autor y también hacen unos cócteles buenísimos

Great location, great hotel
Was in Malta for business and couldnt have selected a better hotel to stay. The location was great, in Paceville where most things are happening, the hotel was clean, the room and shower were super sized, the internet was working perfectly and the breakfast was decent. The guys at the reception were very helpful and the resto/bar on the ground floor is a Malta hotspot. Price for quality that you get is well justified. Very happy and will consider to visit this hotel again in the future.

Hotellet låg väldigt centralt, nära till barer, restauranger och butiker samt havet. Tysta rum och väldigt fina och fräscha. Det enda negativa var att AC inte fungerade men annars funkade allt toppen.

Very good but a few small problems
Over all a very nice, clean, modern Hotel. Checking was great, despite arriving early we were given a room. Very friendly and knowledgeable. Room was clean and modern, maybe a little more storage and hangers needed but that’s all. Breakfast was continental, but a good choice. Pool on the roof was nice with good quality sun beds etc. Pool bar though was a shambles, the members of staff there was not interested at all. Her phone was the only thing she was bothered about. We asked for towels to be told go get your own from reception. We asked for a drink to be told she didn’t have any, go to the main bar downstairs and get your own. Glasses and bar area were discussing. Bars and restaurants at this hotel are run by some other company which is a slight let down. Bar not open till 6pm weekdays. Over all an excellent hotel but need to improve the bar, restaurant side for the customer enjoyment as they represent the hotel.

Great hotel and very reasonable price!!!
A really great hotel. It’s very contemporary and the furnishings and fittings are to a high standard. There is a lovely pool area and the rooms were very well equipped and cleaned daily. The location is great and very central and the rooms well sound proofed to shield from noise outside. The staff were great, the restaurant food good and breakfast nice. The only area where they could do a little better is to serve some hot items at breakfast.

The hotel is great for the price and for the location. Its close to most restaurants. It does get load with party goers on the street especially on the weekends but the room windows do a good job to keep the noise out. The rooms were a great size and clean. Sadly the view from the balcony isn't great but overall not too bad. The pool is quite small and the only downside for us was the parking. €8 a day is pretty steep and there is hardly any on street parking available in this area. parking should be subsidized for the guests IMO. Breakfast was good for a free one and overall can't fault with the hotel. We had a great stay here and would definitely recommend.

Stayed here for 5 nights in busy August and we loved this hotel and pretty much everything about it! Location is spot on, ideally situated between St George’s Bay and St Julian’s/ Spinola Bay. We loved the rooftop pool, especially 1st thing in the morning when it was very quiet. Rooms were perfect for us and the beds super comfy. The staff were excellent especially Laia on reception and the lovely helpful lady at breakfast, nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast was really good we thought (I’m not sure what some people expect!! But to say it’s terrible as I’ve read in one previous review is just not factual) it’s really decent and plenty of choice for all tastes ) The water bottle refill station is a fantastic bonus and all hotels should do this, so Kudos to Number 11 for providing it - Great to save on plastic waste and save you money. Just to clarify. We had no issues with noise inside or outside the hotel ( bedroom doors are soft close and the halls are carpeted so minimal noise) Amazing hotel

Average stay
The room and shower was nice although our first shower leaked all the way into the lounge. The aircon is not easy to set as it seems to be controlled by the reception. Moved room once due to leakage and aircon. 2nd room better although hotel is generally hot in all common areas. Reception staff slow to respond. Pool area is small with not many sun loungers. Happy hour is not at the pool, but downstairs in the lovely restaurant with amazing cocktails. Staff at the restarant are attentive. Limited breakfast options, still nice and fresh fruit. Overpriced stay overall.

Schönes Hotel - gute Lage
Das Hotel ist sehr sauber. Ein toller Pool ist auf der Dachterrasse, den wir sehr oft genutzt haben. Die Freundlichkeit an der Rezeption war unterschiedlich im Personal. Erst am letzten Abreisetag wurden wir über eine Taxi App informiert. Vorher haben wir immer umständlich über die Rezeption bestellt und Mehrkosten hierfür gehabt. Ansonsten hat es uns gut gefallen und würden wieder buchen.

Très bon hôtel !
L'hôtel est très bien. Les chambres sont grandes, le personnel est adorable, toujours disponible. La piscine est très agréable. 1 point négatif : le petit dej est moyen,, voir mauvais. Les viennoiseries sont excellentes, mais sinon passez votre chemin.

Best Aircon in Malta! Great hotel.
The best hotel I have been in Malta. Luxurious and comfortable. The aircondition is amazing, specially when it's 40C outside. None of the other hotels I stayed in Malta had such great aircon!!!

Отличный отель, очень понравился!
Хороший отель в Сент Джулианс, в районе Пачевиль. Хоть тусовочная улица недалеко, но шума от дискотек не слышно. Отель довольно свежий (2019 года), неплохой ремонт и хорошая мебель. Удачное местоположение для путешествий по острову. Завтраки стандартные американские, обслуживание хорошее. В номерах есть всё необходимое, включая сейф, чайник и чайные принадлежности. Уборка номера производилась каждый день. На крыше отеля есть симпатичный бассейн и небольшая зона отдыха с диванчиками и шезлонгами, полотенца для них тоже выдают. Также рядом с зоной отдыха есть бар. На первом этаже отеля есть ресторан с южно-американской/аргентинской кухней. В первый вечер отдыха мы там поужинали, ужин был необычный, но достаточно вкусный, и интерьер ресторана, как впрочем и всего отеля, очень приятный. В 7 минутах хотьбы от отеля есть красивый песчаный пляж Сент-Джордж, для Мальты это огромный плюс, т.к. с пляжами тут непросто. Единственный минус отеля - это ужасный вид с балкона из номеров. Помимо нескольких строек неподалеку, там находятся какие-то рабочие открытые помещения невзрачного вида, с мусором и развешенной одеждой непонятного вида. Первый раз за все путешествия у меня был такой страшненький вид из окна в отпуске. Но не буду за это снижать оценку отелю, его вины в этом нет, да и на Мальте подобный вид из окна, думаю, не редкость, т.к. постоянно строится что-то новое. Сам отель очень понравился, всем остались довольны, поэтому смело могу его рекомендовать для отдыха на Мальте!!
