“I actually expected cleaner rooms. I get the concept of it being a 'minimalist' or spartan style hotel but, I cannot accept either of those things to assume an unclean condition. The first room attempt had a dirty toilet and I stepped on a piece of glass. The second room was better but, still had its issues. I wish that I coukd attach photos. I believe that when these things happen that rooms should be comped or at least partial refunds issued for the inconvenience. It is truly a pain especially...

“I booked this listing 2 months ago. I have used Expedia for flights & stays a lot in the past, so was not hesitant to use again. I never received any emails or messages about check-in procedures. Second clue this was a false listing was I could not find the property. The address number did not exist, it lead me to a different address.
