Hotel vicino a St. Lawrence Ground - Canterbury

“L’unica cosa positiva di questo albergo è la posizione. Per il resto, non si tratta di un hotel “old fashion” bensì ti una struttura trascurata e mal tenuta”

“Parcheggio gratuito, struttura in ristrutturazione a 10 min a piedi dal centro ideale x visitare la città, sulla statale che porta a Dover. ”

“La camera è abbastanza spaziosa e luminosa; c'è la telavisione ma manca una lampada per leggere la sera. Il secondo giorno non sono state fatte le pulizie; nei giorni seguenti tutto regolare. Il bagno: scarichi funzionanti ma doccia poco pratica (senza piatto doccia - pavimentazione antiscivolo digradante verso uno scolo-, soffione fisso e tenda di plastica). Colazione abbondante, sia salata (salsiccia, uova, pancetta etc...) che dolce (grande varietà di cereali, pane tostasto etc...)”

“Una brutta esperienza, ho pagato in hotel il parcheggio, dopo una settimana al rientro in Italia, mi è arrivata la multa dalla società che gestisce il parcheggio tramite l’autonoleggio ma non sono mai riuscito ad avere la ricevuta di pagamento del parcheggio dall’hotel. Ho scritto più volte, sono andato in chat sul sito, ho chiamato l’hotel ho chiesto aiuto a Expedia ma nulla l’hotel non mi ha mai mandato la ricevuta. Risultato 100£ di multa e 30£ di spese da gestione.. veramente POCA SERIETÀ....

“I would like to ask for a full refund really but I know I won't get one. We were left in property on our own and told to lock up when we come and go. The sheets on the beds were dirty. Bathroom dirty. Tea and coffee in the room but no milk. We left at half 4 in the morning with little or no sleep at all. Terrible place ”

“My friend and I had a wonderful stay at The Cave for her special birthday. The staff were very efficient and helpful and on hand if you needed anything. Both the restaurants were superb couldn’t fault anything. Very nice and clean rooms, with tea/coffe facilities and a in room bar/snack fridge. Would definitely recommend anyone to stay here! And we’ll definitely be back!”

“We recently attended a nearby wedding and stayed at The Five Bells, an amazing family-run pub and B&B. The family room was spacious, spotless, and well-equipped, with complimentary toiletries that were especially appreciated as we’d forgotten ours at home. Mary and her daughters were incredibly warm and welcoming, making our stay even more enjoyable. We would highly recommend this lovely place.”

“Easy to find, clear instructions regarding keys, etc.. Not a huge amount of things nearby, apart from the nice beach. Perhaps a bit expensive for what it is, but in the summer the easier access to the beach must be a plus.”

“Charming hotel and great location. Bar and restaurant onsite were very nice and handy. Breakfast was amazing! Hospitality of the staff, also amazing. Don't let limited parking scare you, they have a nice arrangement for inexpensive overnight parking just across the street. Older facility, so don't expect air conditioning, and of course we stayed there during a historical heat wave in the UK for May. On normal nights, I think temps would be fine. Would recommend and stay at again.”

“The airconditioner doesnt work. The temperature can be set only at 18 degrees. Very poor breakfast. The selection of dishes at dinner is extremely limited. The quality of food was not at all good”

“Recommend the 5 Bells and their team very highly. Both relaxed and very professional, from the minute I checked in to a great breakfast. I was en route to the channel tunnel. If you’re doing the same stay here, seriously.”

“Nelle informazioni non è indicato che l’hotel è in ristrutturazione e pertanto non dispone di bar, ristorante e sala da pranzo. Va colazione, compresa, viene servita in camera e devi mangiare sul tavolinetto. Parcheggio davanti alla struttura. Il receptionist è stata molto gentile ad informarci che avevamo dimenticato le luci della macchina accese. Ci ha salvati dal dover spingere con la batteria scarica.”
