“The place where it is is in a dirty back street , no parking. Could only get through the front door to see paint cans, ladders and bags of rubbish, could not connect to owner or locate the key in a lock box , so went somewhere else , cannot up load pictures of the place so make your own mind up on this”

“Comfortable room. Staff were very friendly. The road is quite busy so parking can be tricky at times. Always possible to park close by though.”

“The hotel was fine, the manager was a good man, but there should have been a fan atleast in the room, it was very warm at night, couldn't sleep. The hotel location is great and the environment was friendly.”

“A lovely hotel with many original features. The dinner and breakfast were lovely, there was a nice selection of both. The room was great and plenty of plugs to charge devices. I liked the lounge/bar area with a wide selection of books and games available for patrons. It's very well located for trips to Battle itself and Hastings. Would very happily stay here again.”
