“Cleaning needs help in the rooms and bathrooms. Room 511 hopefully is the smallest of all the rooms. You couldn’t use the chair fully with the desk and had to take turns in areas it was so tight. The staff was wrong about times for the Terrance bar and restaurant causing us to wait for that and then miss the downstairs restaurant being open so we waited a few more hours to find a place to eat. Simple mistake but that’s their job. ”

“The hotel is in great location. It’s in a historic building and the room was no frills, clean, and perfectly fine. It’s downtown so road noise from revving engines is a thing. The staff is great and friendly, and vending machine prices were super cheap. Bed and pillows were comfy, towels and water pressure were fine. It had a big closet, which is something older hotels have. I’d definitely stay again. ”
