This home accompanies 6 guests only. The home is equipped with external security cameras. Parties, events, or gatherings of any kind are strictly prohibited. Any violation of this rule will result in immediate cancellation of your reservation without refund and removal from the property by authorities.

Please note that this home is not child- or baby-proofed. Guests traveling with infants or young children do so at their own risk and are responsible for supervising children at all times.

🐶 NO PETS:
ONLY ADA-compliant service animals are permitted on the property. Guests traveling with a service animal must notify us prior to booking. Emotional Support Animals (ESAs) are not considered service animals under the ADA and are subject to a $50 deposit and applicable pet fee. Service animals must be individually trained to perform specific tasks for a person with a disability to qualify for an exemption from pet fees. Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their animal both indoors and outdoors. Failure to do so may result in additional cleaning or damage fees being assessed.

🚭 NO SMOKING:
No smoking allowed inside under any circumstances. Any evidence of smoking inside the property will resort in a $250 fine + any additional damages incurred. For your convenience, a designated outdoor smoking area is available in the backyard and is equipped with ashtrays. All smoking materials must be properly disposed of in the provided receptacles.
