Centrally-located in the burgeoning Midtown Alley Design District, you'll be minutes away from virtually every major destination in the city. Phenomenal dining and nightlife options within walking distance include world-famous Pappy's Smokehouse, The Southern, Urban Chestnut Brewing, The Fountain on Locust, and many more. Here's a little more about the Midtown Alley Design District from the community's website:

"Originally called Automobile Row, Midtown Alley was St. Louis’s prime spot to purchase cars between 1911 and 1955. In 2005, the neighborhood was added to the National Register of Historic Places by the U.S. National Park Service. While none of the original automobile businesses remain, the buildings–many of which were designed by the famed architect Preston Bradshaw–still stand as a reminder of what first made this neighborhood so special in the city of St. Louis.

Today, Midtown Alley is one of the fastest growing neighborhoods in St. Louis. New restaurants such as Brennan’s Work and Leisure, Small Batch, and Egg Midtown are opening up next to older neighborhood staples like The Fountain on Locust and Pappy’s Smokehouse. The heart of our neighborhood, however, can be found in the local St. Louis design businesses that call Midtown Alley their home.

Unlike most other hosts, corporate housing is our specialty. We prepare our homes not just to handle the needs of guests staying a few days, but for guests staying for months or years. Not only are our homes better equipped for your needs, our long-term rates are among the most competitive available. Guests staying longer than 31 days will not be required to pay sales tax (saving an additional 17%), and will receive huge discounts on add-on services like pets and parking.

☆Parking☆

Midtown is a very popular neighborhood, and parking is limited. Parking is metered on the street, and there are paid lots in the area.

We wanted to provide parking for guests bringing a car while not inflating the nightly rate for those who wouldn't need parking, so we've purchased an on-site gated parking space, and rent the space for $15/night as a convenient add-on option for those who need it. Add-on services are paid separately after booking, and include all local and state taxes, so the rate you see is the rate you pay! We offer huge discounts for guests staying longer than a week –35% off stays 7+ nights, 65% off stays 28+ nights.

☆Pets☆

Bringing your furry friends? We're dog friendly! Our pet fee is $15 per night per pet, and we allow up to 4 dogs with a weight limit of 75 lbs per pup. Just be sure to indicate the number of companions you'll be bringing with you when you checkout, and the pet fee will be incorporated into the rate automatically.

Bringing 3 or more pups along? Staying longer than a week? Message us before you book and we will send over a special offer with a discounted pet fee!

☆Rental Policy☆

Most of our guests are incredibly respectful and kind, but occasionally we have guests who treat our home, our cleaners, and/or our neighbors with disrespect. We require all guests to agree to our rental policy, to pay any associated fines in the event of violation of these policies, and to take responsibility for any damaged or missing items. We require a credit card for incidentals, and reserve the right to place an authorization hold in the amount of $195, which will be released in full upon inspection of the property, provided that our policies were adhered to and there were no damages. We also reserve the right to perform guest identity verification and screening after booking. When you check out, you'll have the opportunity to review and accept our rental policy, which may be referred to as 'Booking Terms', 'Rental Agreement', 'Rental Policy', or by another name depending on channel you book through. Please familiarize yourself with our policy prior to booking.

☆Boarding Pass ☆

Your reservation includes Boarding Pass – an intuitive digital guidebook that makes check-in and check-out easy. With your Boarding Pass, you’ll be able to:

●Get directions to the property
●Access easy to follow photo check-in and check-out instructions
●Access guidebooks with FAQs about the property
●Purchase optional add-on services

Shortly after you book, we’ll send over your Boarding Pass, and you can complete your booking with a few easy steps:

1. Enter your details, selecting any desired add-on services
2. Verify your identity with a selfie / ID check
3. Sign rental agreement
4. Provide credit card for incidentals
5. Submit payment for selected add-on services (if applicable)

Once that’s done, the main screen of the Boarding Pass contains your check-in instructions, which will be accessible 2 hours before the check-in time.

☆Cancellations+Alterations☆

Please consult the cancellation terms in the rental policy prior to booking to determine the amount of the refund, if any, that will be issued in the event of cancellation or alteration. We sometimes receive requests for additional refunds beyond those already offered. We understand that there are many valid reasons for needing to cancel or alter a reservation, so rather than acting as a kind of judge for the validity of each case (and in fairness to our guests who do not ask for special treatment), we refer guests to our cancellation policy to ensure it’s understood upfront and do not offer policy exceptions for any reason.

If there is some doubt as to whether you’ll potentially need to cancel the reservation, we recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your stay.

Cute loft in StL

Cute loft in a decent neighborhood in StL. Check in/check out was easy. The second “bed” wasn’t the most comfortable thing in the world but it was acceptable for 2 nights. The location feels a little sketchy if you’re from a more rural area (only 1 person asked us for money). Other than that, the place is relatively quiet and close to Forest Park (10 minute drive to everything). I’d stay here again for another weekend.

Very nice place!

The apartment is super cool! Very clean & comfortable. The check-in instructions were detailed, and communication with Brandon was good. The building itself is secure, and we felt safe; however, last night we both woke up to clear gunshots outside very nearby. I guess that’s just St Louis for ya. The immediate area was fine, but just a block away is very sketchy. I would still book here again because the place was nice!

Midtown Stay

The place was great! I wouldn’t say it’s anything special, it has just what you need it to have. Location was great, walkable to some things and a quick drive or Uber to more of the downtown area. We paid for the gated parking, which just made us feel more comfortable than leaving our car on the street. Nothing bad to say about the place!

Enjoyed the stay

I did enjoy the stay. I didn’t know what almost downtown St. Louis would be like but I guess this was a good inbetween down town and central area. Easy to get to highway also which was nice. I did find the parking very safe, building safe, good shower. Bed was a lot too firm for me but ir you like a firm bed you will be happy. Brandon was very nice. I think you would be overall happy booking here. The vegetarian restaurant on the building to the west I think was actually excellent and there was a lovely young adult who does nails in the retail space in same building who stayed until 20 pm to give me a pedicure. Highly recommend her.

We really liked the warehouse loft experience & location.

The loft experience was enjoyable, and the easy to walk to local restaurants were very convenient. Being just a short convenient drive to downtown helped make our stay relaxing. I felt like I was going through an Escape Room experience during check-in, and my son loved it. Our only criticism would be with the bed, which was extremely firm. Side sleepers beware.

Great place without all the craziness of downtown.

Great stay. Beautiful location and great access to all fun things to do in St. Louis. I would recommend to anyone. The only knocks I have is that there were only two towels for a multiple night stay and they were we were when we arrived and to be throw in the the dryer. Also, the bed was really hard and could have used a topper for more comfort. Besides that it was a great experience and would stay again when I’m in St. Louis.

Cute little loft!

This loft was so cute! I’ve been digital nomading for months around the country and this is my favorite place by far. I felt safe inside the apartment. If you get up early enough, the sunrise is quite stunning through the window!
