    ★ PARKING: This unit is located in a very pedestrian-friendly neighborhood. Therefore, street parking is not allowed. There are a few paid parking lots to choose from at various rates and restrictions on coming and going. We offer an all-access parking card to a secure lot at a rate of $50 per week (minimum $50). This parking card allows you unlimited access to come and go from the lot with no restrictions.

    ★ PETS: No Pets Allowed

    ★ HOUSEKEEPING SERVICES:
    Short-Term Stays: Housekeeping service is not provided during your stay; extra cleanings are available for a fee. For stays under 3 weeks, a starter kit of supplies will be provided, and it will be up to the guest to replenish what is needed.

    Long-Term Stays (over 28 nights): $300 cleaning fee and a starter kit of supplies will be provided, and it will be up to the guest to replenish what is needed.

    ★ CAMERAS: The apartment building has security cameras on the exterior (facing the front door of the building), interior hallways (facing down each hallway) , WIFI unit door locks have cameras and these cameras record 24/7

The condo was very aesthetic and the location was very convenient to the arch and to the dome of AmericaThe only negative which is not a fault to the owner/host is the strong smell of weed throughout the condo and in the hallways! Weekend nights were stronger then week nights.
