Welcome to your Soulard retreat—a warm, first-floor 4BR getaway with two full baths, private patio, smart-lock entry, and free street parking, perfect for families or friends.

The Space:
Relax in 1,200 ft² featuring four cozy queen bedrooms, two well-appointed baths, and an open living area with streaming TV. The fully stocked kitchen (oven, stove, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, coffee/tea maker) and dining table make gatherings easy. Washer/dryer, A/C, heating, and thoughtful touches like hair dryer, iron, and linens complete your stay.

Guest Access:
Enjoy hassle-free check-in with our smart-lock code. The apartment is on the first floor—two small steps to the patio and one step to the front door (ramp on request).

The Neighborhood:
Experience the historic charm of Soulard—just steps from the famous market, cafes, and restaurants. The Gateway Arch is 1.8 mi away for day trips.

Getting Around:
Free street parking on Soulard Street. Bus lines and ride-shares are nearby for exploring greater St. Louis.

Other Things to Note:
Quiet hours 10 PM–7 AM. Occasional street sounds from local events—earplugs provided. Children’s gear (high chair/pack ’n play) available on request.

For the most part nice place and good location

The supplies were not avaiable (towel, toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dish soup , etc.) . I am not computer or electronic communication savvy, so communication and giving and getting information was very hard. people should be able to get and give info easier.
