Great location, but tried to get me to pay twice.

Great location. Great unit. Sadly we probably won’t be back again though since they kept texting and messaging me to pay again when I already paid thru vrbo with affirm and showed proof of both. Yet they still are asking to pay again thru THEIR portal. Again, great location, great property, had everything we needed, but them contacting me to pay again will have turned us elsewhere next time we are in town I’m afraid unless you get figure out their accounting with vrbo. Very shocked as I’ve never had this happen before. Paid in full, showed receipt from vrbo and affirm paid in full, yet asked to pay again through their portal.

Ballpark Trip

We had a nice time at the studio. However the floor is not finished and it was hard on our feet. The apartment was very clean with up to date appliances. The convenience of being across the street from Busch Stadium was great!

Awesome location

Pros: location was great and once we got checked in everything was smooth. Studio was clean enough. Had to put trash bags in trash cans, the shower had a missing piece, mattress protector was dirty but actual sheets were clean Cons: Parking-it is not free or easy. The listing said there would be free parking and there isn’t. Factor that in to your budget. Your options are one of a few parking spots on Broadway for free, metered parking nearby or garage parking. Most garages are 60-70 A DAY. Check in process/communication-they refuse to give you check in instructions until 30 minutes prior to check in. They also refuse to do it in the VRBO app. They want you to download their landing app. The communication from the company was extremely sparse. So much so that I was convinced it was a scam and that we’d have nowhere to stay. I don’t like waiting until 30 minutes prior to know I have a place to stay. They never sent instructions and I ended up having to call them and request the instructions that way. It was a huge pain and would completely turn me off from ever rebooking. However, the location is amazing so I will probably book again knowing that everything went okay. It was just a lot of stress that seemed unnecessary.
