    ▪️ This property comfortably accommodates up to 4 guests, but we are happy to consider hosting up to 5 guests if needed. Please review the bed/room layout and manage expectations before booking. Air mattresses and extra beddings should be requested in advance.
    ▪️We only provide 4 set of towels (bath towel, hand towel, and washcloth), coffee pods, and other supplies. If you need more, please request in advance. Last minute requests for extra sleeping arrangements, towels, and supplies may take time and occur additional charges.
    ▪️Regular maintenance services such as pest control may take place during your stay. If you prefer no service during your visit, please let us know in advance.
    ▪️ We offer add-on services for a fee. Please note that all of these are subject to availability and approval from host. Please inquire prior to booking:

    ▪️ Do not flush anything down the toilet to avoid plumbing issues. Guests will be held responsible for any plumbing issues or damages caused by improper use.
    ▪️ Report anything that is not working or broken upon check-in. Any issues that are not reported within 24hrs after check-in time may be considered to have occurred during your stay and could be subject to applicable charges.
    ▪️ Follow the check-in/check-out instructions. Guests will be held responsible for any issues that arise from not adhering to these instructions, including, but not limited to: adhering to check-in/out time, completing check-out tasks, parking, etc.
    ▪️Sign Rental Agreement, submit photo ID, and authorize security deposit is required before check-in. Property access will not be provided until all requirements are completed and verified. This stay was so bad my family and i left days early and we STILL have not been contacted for compensation. On arrival, the place was dirty. The floors were clearly not swept/mopped and we made sure to list that we were bringing an infant, so we couldn't even comfortably allow her to crawl around. I had to clean the bathtub because there was a huge dirt ring in it and the floor mat as well as the bath mat inside the tub were dirty and stained. The light doesn't work in the bathroom and the power outlet also didn't work. Half the chairs in this place are broken. The back door blinds are torn up and the doorknob comes off every time you use the door. The stove wouldn't light so we had to use a match to get the flame going. But the reason we left early was because a neighboring couple had been arguing and fighting with each other for days during our stay, and one night we heard a gunshot go off. That was the last straw for us, so we packed up and left, and these guys were supposed to reach out to us about some sort of repayment and they still haven't.
