Dog-friendly only: $150 non-refundable pet fee (manually charged post-booking); unauthorized or non-dog pets will result in a $200 fine.
No smoking inside: $250 fine for violations.
Lost items: $25 handling fee + shipping.
Extended stays (21+ days): $50 long-term cleaning fee (manually charged).

Guests who remain at the property beyond the designated check-out time without prior approval may be subject to additional charges, up to the cost of an additional night.
