Spacious Townhome Retreat

Escape to our modern 2 Bed, 2.5 Bath townhome! Perfect for families or couples, it features 2 king suites, a dedicated workspace, and a private fenced backyard. This dog-friendly retreat offers a stylish and comfortable base for your getaway, comfortably sleeping 4 guests.

Step into a bright, open-plan main floor featuring a cozy living room, a dining area, and a full kitchen with an island, ideal for cooking and gathering. A convenient half-bath is also on this level. From the living area, access your private fenced backyard.

Upstairs, you'll find two large bedrooms, each designed as a private retreat:
Bedroom 1: King bed, walk-in closet, ceiling fan, TV, and a full en-suite bathroom with a tub/shower combo.
Bedroom 2: King bed, walk-in closet, ceiling fan, TV, and a full en-suite bathroom with a tub/shower combo.

Additional Features:

Good communication from host. We stayed at this property while visiting family in the area. It was very comfortable for us. Both bedrooms have comfortable kind beds, one firmer than the other, which was perfect for us. Fenced back yard was handy for our dog to be able to go out. Dames park is just a few minutes away by car (less than 5) and we went there nearly every day to walk our dog. Our only suggestion would maybe be a more comfortable sofa. We appreciated the availability of the washer and dryer and it was also very nice to be able to park in the garage.

We had a wonderful stay during a work training. The house was clean and worked out well during our stay. The in-suite bathrooms were perfect, as we each had our own. Owners had excellent communication. The location was perfect.

Great place to stay

This townhouse was situated perfectly for our needs! Quiet neighborhood and was safe to go running in the area. Townhouse had everything that we needed. Very clean and tidy. Love that we had good off street parking. Excellent communication from the agency also!

Perfect for my needs

Two story townhouse on a cul-de-sac. Had a quick stay and was nice. Temperature of house was good, safety and fenced in backyard was nice. Comfortable bed and enjoyed the separate desk upstairs by the bedroom for a work area. Bathrooms are a little small but work great and met my needs fine.

Fall Get-a-way

I like that it was in a normal neighborhood and that I could see the Library from the kitchen. I used that Library so much when we lived in O'Fallon. The house was very clean and the beds were comfortable! Loved the Keurig!

Great, clean, comfortable place with great host

The place was clean and comfortable. The kitchen appliances were all quality products that worked well. Also nice were the chairs on the back patio, and the fact the backyard was fenced for privacy. The host was very responsive to any communication. The location was good and the price was right. I highly recommend this townhome, and would definitely stay again.
