The sun-filled living room overlooks tree-lined Magnolia Avenue, and features beautiful hardwood floors, decorative lighting, bright windows, and a stylish sectional sofa. Larger parties will love that the living room magically transforms into a second bedroom. The sofa elegantly converts into a full-size bed by moving the ottoman over to form a rectangular platform and applying linens (provided on request). Set up the bed, close the french doors, and you have your own private second bedroom - you'll even have your own entrance! The living room is also equipped with a 50" flat screen Roku Smart TV with complimentary Netflix.

The full kitchen features a full-size refrigerator, stove, oven, dishwasher, and microwave. The kitchen comes chef-ready, with pots and pans, dishes, glasses, utensils, and basic condiments like salt, pepper, and oil provided free of charge. We also provide our guests with an assortment of complimentary teas, coffee, and purified Brita water.

Bringing your furry friends? We're dog friendly! Our pet fee is $15 per night per pet, and we allow up to 4 dogs with a weight limit of 75 lbs per pup. Just be sure to indicate the number of companions you'll be bringing with you when you checkout, and the pet fee will be incorporated into the rate automatically.

Most of our guests are incredibly respectful and kind, but occasionally we have guests who treat our home, our cleaners, and/or our neighbors with disrespect. We require all guests to agree to our rental policy, to pay any associated fines in the event of violation of these policies, and to take responsibility for any damaged or missing items. We require a credit card for incidentals, and reserve the right to place an authorization hold in the amount of $195, which will be released in full upon inspection of the property, provided that our policies were adhered to and there were no damages. We also reserve the right to perform guest identity verification and screening after booking. When you check out, you'll have the opportunity to review and accept our rental policy, which may be referred to as 'Booking Terms', 'Rental Agreement', 'Rental Policy', or by another name depending on channel you book through. Please familiarize yourself with our policy prior to booking.

Your reservation includes Boarding Pass – an intuitive digital guidebook that makes check-in and check-out easy. With your Boarding Pass, you’ll be able to:

Shortly after you book, we’ll send over your Boarding Pass, and you can complete your booking with a few easy steps:

☆Cancellations + Alterations ☆
Please consult the cancellation terms in the rental policy prior to booking to determine the amount of the refund, if any, that will be issued in the event of cancellation or alteration. We sometimes receive requests for additional refunds beyond those already offered. We understand that there are many valid reasons for needing to cancel or alter a reservation, so rather than acting as a kind of judge for the validity of each case (and in fairness to our guests who do not ask for special treatment), we refer guests to our cancellation policy to ensure it’s understood upfront and do not offer policy exceptions for any reason.
If there is some doubt as to whether you’ll potentially need to cancel the reservation, we recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your stay.

The neighborhood has a lot of character and is close to many fun things to do! Property management was very communicative & helpful. All the basics are included (laundry detergent, dish soap, etc) This is a great option for a budget-friendly stay in St. Louis!

Our rental home was gorgeous. It accommodated our family of 9 very well. It was located minutes from the beach and the pool was an added bonus! Very clean and well-equipped with everything to make our stay comfortable. We enjoyed it so much we stayed an extra day! The location was fantastic and easy to navigate. Coastal Properties was so easy to work with. Shopping and dining close by and easy to get to. We were so blessed to have such a great place to stay. It did not disappoint! Our vacation was perfect and enjoyed by all.

Charming photos and a lively area near by. Close to the arch and zoo. Offers a warm/dry place to stay. Spend a little more and stay somewhere thats not this dump! As someone that travels a lot for work, this is the worst place I've stayed in 10 years easily!Pros: communication is good. Off street parking. HOT water! Cons: inside is in poor repair (land lord special!). Very dated. Loud due thin walls (could hear people snoring at night!). Lots of noise from inside and outside the apartment. Bed is terribly uncomfortable and frame is some cheap temu turd. Minimal cutlery. Super cheap towels (bring your own!). Blinds let in so much light may as well just leave the lights on. Bedroom doesnt have a fan. On check out we noticed the living room floor vent was open to a "basement area" that someone could easily peep on you!!!

We were very pleased with the apartment. It was very clean and comfortable. Our dog was welcomed and it was handy to have a small green space in back. Brandon was available for all my questions. We will stay there again when we visit our son and daughter in law.

Clean, convenient, comfortable
This VRBO was all my daughter and I had hoped it would be. Comfortable, roomy for 2 and full of light! Spring is a beautiful time to visit St. Louis. We were able to enjoy walks to the Botanical Gardens, Tower Grove Park and several coffee shops from this VRBO. We appreciate Brandon providing specific directions for maintaining and securing the units and being able to easily contact him.

Pros:The place itself is renovated with all the necessary amenities: coffee and coffee maker, soaps, shampoos, conditioners, body wash, towels, linens, coffee cups, plates, glasses. Every thing was clean. Process of getting in and out was easy. TV as easy to use and sign into my Netflix/YouTubeTV accounts (Roku). Cons:Upstairs was VERY noisy. There was a barking dog and people sounded like they were running back and forth playing with the dog, stomping, loud yelling voices. The floor seemed like it almost wasn't there - I could hear every little thing through the ceiling. There are white blinds but not drapes, so the light comes in from the street in the bedroom. There is also a window with no blinds right behind the TV, so there's a crazy amount of glare, but I managed to tilt it to the side pretty easily.The street itself is also pretty noisy and is right outside the bedroom. With earplugs and a white noise machine, I managed to sleep through the night, but I was worried I wouldn't be able to.Overall a decent place to stay for the one night I needed it, but not ideal.

It is an older building so some of this is to be expected, but there was significant dust/debris build-up in the floor vents, around window/wall trim, in the laundry lint trap, in closet/corners, under furniture, and behind appliances. I expected a cleaner property based on the rental agreement policies that were required to be signed off on (separate of VRBO and discussed in the property listing), but we were booking last minute and needed a place to stay. If you are sensitive to dust, this could be an issue. The listing states that the queen bed is of high-quality, but it felt worn and the pillows were lumpy. We didn’t use the kitchen appliances, but it appeared to be well-stocked. The space is roomy for two, showers were hot, AC works great, and appreciated being able to bring our small dog. The neighborhood feels very safe and we had no issues parking a pickup truck equipped with rooftop rack and rear bicycle rack. Overall, for the price and location to downtown, this property was comfortable enough for a short 2-night stay.
