• Forgotten-item returns: $25 handling fee plus shipping
• Stays of 21+ days: $50 long-term cleaning fee added after booking
• Unapproved late checkout: $50
• Security deposit collected upon booking

CHECK-IN / CHECKOUT
Standard check-in is 4:00 PM and checkout is 10:00 AM. Approved early check-in is $15 per hour before 4:00 PM; approved late checkout is $20 per hour after 10:00 AM. Requests are subject to housekeeping availability.
