Experience one of the most unique and well known neighborhoods in Saint Louis! This private 4 bed 2 bath home is located on The Hill - historic Italian neighborhood of St. Louis. Enjoy a quiet, safe, and convenient location minutes away from great restaurants and bars. You'll be a short drive to all area attractions including downtown/the Arch, Forest Park (Zoo & Museums), Botanical Gardens, the City Museum, Busch Stadium, and much more...

This is a spacious 4 bedroom home on the hill with plenty of amenities to make your stay comfortable and fun. There is a queen bed with a walk in closet in the first bedroom. In the second bedroom, full sized bunk beds with a smart tv. In the upstairs bedroom, a work space with sky light windows. The partially finished basement includes an additional bedroom with a queen bed, full bathroom including a towel warmer, ping pong table, foosball table, a chalkboard wall to draw on and washer/dryer. There's a smart TV in the living room upstairs that that includes a surround home sound system. You'll have access to the full kitchen supplied with cookware, spacious dining room, large backyard that includes a barbecue pit. Coffee is included and Keurig coffee maker is available. Great WiFi included

Guests will have private access to the entire home, including the backyard.

The Hill Neighborhood is a highly desired place to stay! This neighborhood is in a safe area near major interstates and a short drive away from all major attractions. Walkable, safe and quiet area with famous Italian dining, bakeries, and shopping nearby.

**The speaker system throughout the home has been disconnected and not available throughout stays**
1. No parties or events allowed.
2. No smoking allowed. (a fee of $200 will be billed to you for smoke odors in the home)
3. No unregistered pets allowed.
4. Respect to the noise curfew between 10pm - 7am.
5. Respect of the checkout time of 11am.
6. No illegal substances allowed on premises.
7. Please take care of furnishings, bedding, and towels. You will be billed for any damages to sheets, towels, appliances, and furnishings.
8. Please treat this home as your own, any extra cleaning fees will be billed to you for excess mess or neglect.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. There were a few issues on arrival, but our host quickly answered/ solved our problems. Good place to stay if you want to be on the “Hill Area” and very convenient to Forest Park.

Quiet, pleasant Neighborhood.Easy access to restaurants and shops on The Hill. The beds and bedding were wonderful.The space was excellent for a family.There was an issue with the front door keypad that did not get resolved, but a key was provided. A few communication issues, but they were resolved. Would recommend staying at the House on Botanical on The Hill.

Great place great location

The home was very nice for our family get together. There were 6 adults and 2 7 year olds. Quiet neighborhood. Close to eating, Forest Park. Easy to downtown and airport.

The house was very clean and had a nicely equipped kitchen. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms in this 1940’s home have been updated. The furnishings and decor could use some updating. There were only 2 of us staying here, but the house can accommodate a large family or a group of friends since it has 4 bedrooms. We enjoyed playing ping pong in the basement. Although, I would not call the house beautiful, we did enjoy our stay.

Wonderful home in a quiet neighborhood. The temp was turned way up and it took a while to cool down when we got there. Other than that, we had a nice stay. Plenty of good food in the local area.

Great stay

The home is in a really cool part of town called the Hill. The house is old school brown stone, with original wood and stained glass. It was clean, nicely furnished and very comfortable. I will make an effort to stay again when I’m in town.

great location, very good property, thoughtful owner

I stayed at this property with a group of friends while visiting St. Louis over a long weekend. The property and amenities are just as described in the listing. It's an older house but pretty well-maintained and very clean. The kitchen was well-stocked and well-equipped. Furnishings in the dining and living areas were sufficient, not fancy and some a bit old or worn, but fine. Placement of the couch, coffee table, and TV in the living room in the front is kind of awkward though, as is the furniture layout of the bunk-bed bedroom--the door doesn't quite close.The attic loft furnishings are very spartan (just the bed and a desk as I recall). Plus the attic was like an oven when we arrived, but the HVAC works well which took care of that. The basement bedroom is a little musty but otherwise fine. The partially finished basement rec room (ping-pong and foosball tables) are nice. The local touristy and pop-culture decorations (pictures and wall paintings) are cute. The yard looked nice enough.Check-in and -out was very smooth, and the communication with the owner was easy and prompt.One of the best things about this house is the neighborhood: it's a very Italian-American area, with tons of Italian restaurants and other businesses (coffee shops and deli's). Very walkable and safe. Also very centrally located for getting to most other parts of St. Louis.

Family Spring Break

Excellent property. Walking distance from restaurants on The Hill. Easy access for driving to all the classic places to visit (Forest Park, The Loop, The Arch, Botanical Gardens). The area was incredibly safe to walk / run. Impressive use of space, including the clean basement with bed/bath and a loft, for a bungalow. Easily able to accommodate out family of 4 with easily being able to do more.

Great property and wonderful communication

We came in town for an event at the Enterprise Center. Quick trip down to the game, loved the house and the owners were extremely responsive and provided great communication to make a wonderful stay! Will absolutely stay here again when we come back to town!

Family Wedding on the Hill

We had a lovely stay! There was plenty of room, the beds were comfortable and the ping pong table was a great addition. The location was perfect, close to Tower Grove and Forest Park. We highly recommend!!

Gem house on the Hill

This house was perfect for our family of four! I am from the St. Louis area, and had lived in South city while in my 20's.This was my first time back to St. Louis in many years. It was fantastic to stay in such a perfect gem of a home. The Hill is still as wonderful as I remember; safe, and there was always parking on the street outside the house for us. The house was just as described but also including so many thoughtful touches that it feel like home. I will definitely be back the next time we come to St. Louis. Outstanding property and owner!
