Questo è un bellissimo edificio degli anni 1920, affascinante casa a due piani in mattoni con 3 camere da letto, 1, 5 bagni con garage indipendente. La struttura si trova nella storica North St Louis a circa dieci minuti da Forest Park, dal Central West End e da The Loop Area. Il cortile recintato posteriore è ottimo per grigliate o semplicemente seduti sul ponte coperto posteriore. I letti sono due king e una queen, con un divano letto aggiuntivo. Il cortile recintato e il parcheggio coperto offrono ulteriore sicurezza. Questa proprietà non è accessibile per disabili.

My family and I visit St. Louis every year. This is our third stay at this gem. The hosts have everything a traveler could possibly need. Chargers for devices, large TVs in every bedroom. Furnishings are high quality and decor is amazing. Plenty of towels and toiletries for the bathroom and linens for the kitchen. (Even a curling iron in the bathroom. I forgot mine and was tickled to find one) Love having the half bath on first floor. Fully equiped kitchen, including a dishwasher, full size fridge, stove and microwave. Also small applances-blenders, crock pots, pots, pans-everything one would have at home is in this home away from home kitchen. Cupboards and refrigerator are full of different foods and spices for guests to enjoy. An array of brocures of local attractions, resturants, etc are near the door and a cabinet in the foyer containing games. Light switches are labelled so you know what area they illuminate.A dining room seating for 6, and beautiful table setting.Living room has reclining couch and loveseat, large TV, child sized chair and coffee table.A secured garage is a plus! Cozy fenced back yard with a grill. This property is meticulously cared for and the hosts are wonderful. To be honest, this is the best property I have ever stayed at. Highly recommend!

The kitchen had everything you need ,including spices, to cook whatever you’d like! There were snacks and drinks for us to enjoy. House was very clean and nicely decorated. We appreciated the ability to use the 2 car garage and the alarm system gave us extra piece of mind!

We had a great 5 night stay here. The house is decorated so charmingly with lots of attention to detail. Everything was very comfortable. We adored the outside space- my youngest dubbed the backyard a fairy garden and loved seeing the flowers. It was very well stocked with anything you would need, which was great as I did lots of cooking. The street was very quiet. My husband and I enjoyed doing crossword puzzles on the porch each evening. The property's location is super convenient for many popular tourist destinations. Everywhere we wanted to check out was only about a 15 minute drive. The owners went above and beyond with concierge type information to help you find things to do or locate necessities like groceries. I would love to come back!

This place was very nice! Lots of charm and small touches. The neighborhood was safe and having the garage was great. Miles was very accommodating and the communication was fabulous. We were here for an event at the convention center. The travel back and forth was quick and easy. We’d definitely stay here again if we are back in the area.

This is a beautiful house! Our family enjoyed spending Thanksgiving here while visiting our son in the area. Miles and Dee are very nice people and he was quick to salt the sidewalk and front stairs after a snowfall. Everything we needed or wanted was there. We would definitely consider staying here again.

Of all the rental stays that I've patronized, this is the first one to which I could happily return. My experience was excellent start-to-finish.In particular, the premises were easy to access with clear instructions, well-equipped with amenities, and located no more than 20 minutes from all of my favorite STL spots. This place was perfect. Everything you will need in a place and more. The kitchen was fully stocked with any appliances you will need and snacks too! We loved this place. This property was the best overall properties we have stayed at over the last several years. The attention to detail in all provisions were outstanding! It was quiet and comfortable. We appreciated having access to the garage since we had a car rental. House was easy to get to and close in proximity to all the attractions we were interested in seeing. It is close to Hospital if someone needed a homey place nearby.

The house was exactly what we were looking for - comfortable, safe, and just plain relaxing! The hosts are so kind as to keep the kitchen nicely stocked with not only cookware and dishes, but also a huge supply of spices and things like butter, sugar, coffee, jelly, salad dressings, etc. They also left out a variety of snacks for us to enjoy and that was just a huge help to us! Also, we had a special request and the hosts were fantastic about communicating their ability to accommodate our needs. We definitely recommend this host and home for your next stay in St Louis!

This was such a cool house. Even better than pictured. The surrounding area is a little rough in some spots, but the immediate neighborhood is lovely. We were very comfortable leaving our teens alone for an adult evening out. The host was extremely responsive and provided excellent communication.

Exceptional!

I booked this property for a girls' weekend for me and my 3 friends. The house was perfect for us and close to everywhere we wanted to go. The tornado a few weeks before caused some damage in the area, but the host had all the debris cleared out of the yard before our arrival and was very communicative about everything. I would definitely stay here again!

Superb stay

Our stay was amazing! The home is clean and inviting! The hosts are wonderful and have thought of everything for their guests. Checking in and out was easy and the hosts were friendly and receptive to communication during our stay. We felt the property was centrally located for everything we wanted to do. I will definitely stay here again if we return to St. Louis. There is so much to do, so that's a good possibility.
