When we spoke the receptionist at the desk about the matress; her response was "Sorry." Your reservation was made through Expedia, an outside party.”

“No refrigerator in room. You must go on a list for a refrigerator. When enough people check out you can have one of their refrigerators. It’s a terribly old hotel, the furnishings are old, the equipment old and noisy. Not what you would expect from a Hilton property.”

“After a chilly afternoon poolside, I was looking forward to a hot shower and instead experienced one with barely any warmth. You would think this wouldn’t be the case in such a nice establishment. I stay here agin in June and will ask for a lower level room, hopefully it will help. Other than that, I love the place. ”

“I called at least a week in advance to reserve a specific executive room. I was told it will be on hold. I even called back a few days later to confirm the room and was told yes.. only to arrive to a completely different room than I asked for. Which was annoying and loud from highway noise. I don’t know what is going on but management and canonization at this establishment are beyond mediocre.
I requested a late check out and was never told that they are a suddenly charging late checkout...

“The location is right next to the interstate. Road traffic was an issue when sleeping. I would recommend requesting a room on the opposite side of the building, well away from the traffic exit. Amenities & rooms were very nice.”

“El escusado estaba tapado cuando llegamos. Lo reporte al front desk para que me enviaran a alguien de mantenimiento. La respuesta no fue la que esperaba. Me dieron un destapacaños para que yo lo hiciera, y me comentaron que ya no tenían habitaciones disponibles por lo que ojalá que lo lograra destapar yo. Muy mal servicio, y más cuando el escusado ya estaba dañado antes que llegara yo.
La zona parece peligrosa, por la noche los huéspedes del cuarto de a lado no pararon de hacer ruido y hablar...
